I went to Resort World casino four times in 2 years. The slots are the same nobody wins. Everyone taking money and put it in the slots. The slots are vacuum machines for money. If you read that the casino made 700 million dollars profit in 2014 year, you understand. Second, if they are making too much money, why the casino is understaffing? They need to hire more security guards and floor attendants so they kick the people who sit all day on the slot machines and do not play.

If you are thinking about going here, let me save you some gas. Pile the money you would bring in a concrete container, douse it with lighter fluid and set it all on fire. Burn it down. You will get more entertainment, and you will have had control over how you lost it.

Here, the little entertainment you get is not worth the price or the disgusted feeling you will leave with as you exit completely broke.

This is not a casino; it is a wallet vacuum. Go to AC, Mohegan Sun or Empire City.

2: The security guard(s) for alternate entrances must dread the loneliness.
3: There is not a single water fountain, you have to ask for tap water at food court.
4: The bathrooms need a divider for people leaving and entering.
5: Machines malfunction a little too frequently.
6: Some roulette/sic-bo machines don't place bets in the exact spot you want them to.
7: Some slots have buttons that do not function, e.g, the change bet types.
8: People need to learn to use the cashier to break bills, using the machines wastes a lot of everyone else's time, and I've had to offer change for people too often.
9: Machines need to show which way to insert the rewards card.
10: The food is good, but the lines are more often a longer wait than desirable.
11: There is no $1 chip denomination in baccarat, making it only possible to wager $26 by going all-in.

This casino is a dirty unsafe place ,the bathrooms are nasty there is urine and feces all over the floor,the food court has rats walking around,security is non existent ,very dangerous place,many homeless people and pickpockets trying to take your money the second your distracted, the handicapped parking is not uninforced there is no handicapped parking
