1: It's strange how the casino is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, not the main floor.
2: The security guard(s) for alternate entrances must dread the loneliness.
3: There is not a single water fountain, you have to ask for tap water at food court.
4: The bathrooms need a divider for people leaving and entering.
5: Machines malfunction a little too frequently.
6: Some roulette/sic-bo machines don't place bets in the exact spot you want them to.
7: Some slots have buttons that do not function, e.g, the change bet types.
8: People need to learn to use the cashier to break bills, using the machines wastes a lot of everyone else's time, and I've had to offer change for people too often.
9: Machines need to show which way to insert the rewards card.
10: The food is good, but the lines are more often a longer wait than desirable.
11: There is no $1 chip denomination in baccarat, making it only possible to wager $26 by going all-in.
12: People often sit on machines I want to play but they do not play them.
13; People hold seats for strangers? Can't I just borrow the machine until they return?
14:Why is there always UNUSED parking right in front of the casino (is it for buses)?
15: Where is the FAQ or glossary page? Like how many dollars equals a point?
Overall decent, would bring a crowd, but still needs a little improvement.
