In a nutshell, the machines do NOT pay out the way they did when they first opened. Some machines are programed to just suck hundreds from you,non stop. It honestly looks like the machines will only pay so much to so many people at particular time's of day. AND we have had at least two incidences where the machines were paying well, and all of a sudden there's a"fire alarm" that lasted about two hours. Why is it that the firemen came but never went inside? Of course, the machines were no longer hitting once they let everyone back in.
General customer service is good, but it's management that often has the nasty, condescending attitude towards you if you experience a problem.  The shuttle buses to the casino are a joke. People wait 2-3 hours to be picked up by a bus that's supposed to run every hour. We are constantly calling customer service on this. Avoid Broadway Junction. The buses from the casino to Jamaica run so infrequently, and we were told is because the Flushing and Chinatown clients spend more money. The casino is a stones throw from Jamaica.
Some people who come there are just tacky. They are aggressive and if they want your seat they will stare you down until you leave, sit next to you and watch you play, etc. The food court is okay but a bit limited and too expensive.
Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I love to play the slot machine and Atlantic City was my go to place. I couldn't get to Atlantic City as much as I wanted to however due to the long ride from NYC. When it was announced that Resorts World was opening at the Aqueduct I couldn't wait to try it out.

I knew that there would only be VLT's there and I hoped the experience was a bad as when I went to Yonkers Raceway when I lost everything. I found the machines at Yonkers very tight.

Resorts World is not a bad casino. The Buffet is SUPERB and I recommend everyone go there to try the food.

The first time I went to Resorts I found the slot machines were not as tight as they were at Yonkers Raceway, but I still left broke.

The next few times I went to Resorts I walked out of Resorts with more money than I walked in there with.

I will say whenever I go to Resorts I find that many of the machines that I want to play are not available and it is a bit crowded but its NYC so I expect that.

The restrooms were surprisingly clean and the casino floor are well kept.

While Resorts World is no Atlantic City, it is a good place to get a slot "fix" without going all the way to Jersey. Just play smart.

The place is beautiful, the food options are very good, but I won't go here again because I don't think I can win here. The machines are very tight and I feel I am throwing away my money. I don't feel that way in downtown Las Vegas and Mohegan Sun. I do OK when I go to Yonkers but not here. Stay away and if you must go do it in the daytime.
