This place is the biggest scam in the history of gambling. And the service is so bad, it's like spending the day in hell. They have very few staff and everywhere,regardless at the cashier counter, restaurant or anywhere else, you'll have to go on line for at least 45 mins to get anything done. All the staff will either be absent & when one or two is there, they'll take their own sweet time just standing. And they are very ill manned & abusive. The restaurant will always mess up your order & I was told by them I talk too much just because I repeated my order. And refused to serve me after that. Not only that, I was accused by the restaurant staff of assaulting her by throwing a pen at her. Because of that accusation, security wanted to kick me out. The surveilance cameras proved that I did no such thing & that she lied. Probably the staff there act as such because they are union workers & can't be fired. My advice to everyone is to stay away from that hell hole
