Real bad for women security allows thieves to stalk and threaten women watching you play waiting for a chance to steal your ticket out of the machine. They hang around in twos to distract you. Instead of security and police helping you they throw you out and say laughing get a lawyer. The whole experience is bad they are all rude from the cashiers to the floor techs to bartenders. They all treat players with total disrespect. No supervision whatsoever. Had 7 malfunction payouts in the past 3 months had them check the camera 3 seconds later they say it was a malfunction and it’s void TOTAL SHADY CASINO they should be investigated and shutdown 

This is worse casino in all us Country.they should be investigate by some higher authority because they run all the machines software according to them not by the law..they cheating .I can prove this if they give me chance..I request everyone please don't expect from th hem anything..they are thai ppl..very smart. Never let you win..

In one word a disgrace. Games appear to be fixed, the only casino I have ever been to where I lose every time I play. Platinum members get no perks. Comps ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT - a free cup of soda or 20 bucks free play when you lose thousands in an hour.

The most horrible place. Vagrants. Filthy. Broken machines. Slow response to service light. Torn up seats that rip your clothes. No waitresses. Rude employees. No absolutely no payouts. Do not go there. 

I thought I saw a rat out of the side of my eyes while i sat and eat. You can't win as the games are set to New York Lottery system which is like 1 in evry 10,000 and if you win it is not much because all machines are set randomly for you to lose. I saw a woman jumo someone that played on her machine as she had two.. I hold my bag tight because homeless people, gangs and pickpockets hang around you and beg for money..It is not safe and the stop on the train is a stop where you are waiting to be mugged, robbed or raped...Folks,,,me, friends and family have tried this place...save your money...it is also set up in the black neighborhoods to make us even more poverty stricken as you only need to look around everyone is broke or look sad from losing...if you win it is money you previously lost...Save your time and go to the movies and to dinner...you won't win here...Think about it...they are the highest grossing casino in the country but why come to New York and in a black neighborhood to suck the poorer people's money...this is a sad and depressing and unclean and unsafe place.
