Parx is nothing but a huge glorified money pit. They continue to lie to the public about it being the top casino with the loosest slots and the highest payouts. That is furthest from the truth. This place is absolute garbage. From horrible customer service, equally horrible management, tight slots, historically low comps and no amenities to offer like your average casino (i.e. hotel rooms, buffets, outlet stores (not a walk in closet like they have now)). They are truly a disgrace. In my opinion, this place should be burnt to the ground. You may want to try other casinos in the area. Perhaps Sands in Bethlehem, PA. At least there you get treated a whole lot better and the slots do pay out. Unlike this hell hole. Anyone reading this, I wish you all the very best of luck. Just do yourselves a big favor. Stay away from this place at all costs!!!!!

I'm so done with this place I loss over 20,000 in three months and all I got was $60 slot play . They need to close this place the host will never give you extra slot play money because they say you don't lose a lot . I must be crazy because I played with my card and lose thousands and the System didn't pick that up ? That's because you will put your card in the Machine and after a while the damn thing will stop Recording And push you out like u never put the fixing card in ... Please don't go to this place . I'm done I told them not to send me nothing in the mail and I'm getting help for gambling . I have nothing and loss everything and you can't give me $5 in slots that's Crazy and I'm crazy for trying to win my money back only to lose more and more . It's going to take someone to kill them self at that place with a note that says I didn't it because this place ripped me off . I have never won I damn jackpot or nothing .

It's safe to say, this casino is complete and utter garbage. From uncaring management who are all talk, no action (as you will see in the comments), who make empty promises and to their rude and discourteous staff who don't do a damn thing to assist patrons in need. To very tight, broken slots, tables , horrendously low comps, cheap, thoughtless promotions that find ways to rip you off, and a smoke filled atmosphere (even in the "designated" non smoking areas) The only thing Parx is number one in is becoming the number one hell hole in the entire east coast and by far, the most dysfunctional one at that. But you know people, Parx is really quick to brand themselves as being the top casino with the loosest slots and the highest payouts and these a holes insist you can "get lucky in no time" when you walk into their facility. It's really more like "getting UN--lucky in no time"....

I visited Parx during my birthday, only to be sorely disappointed. It was a huge mistake to drive 35 miles, all for nothing. I had to put up with broken, tight slots, unruly patrons who deliberately blew cigarette smoke in my face. Several machines I played had issues, where the front door was opened, buttons were not working or were missing. Many machines on the floor were not paying. The bonus rounds, if any, royally sucked. I ended up losing big. I definitely did not feel "lucky" here. Get lucky in no time is an absolute lie. Just a ploy to get you in the door. So those who read this review, do not believe you will "get lucky in no time". Thanks to Parx, this had no doubt been the worst birthday I ever had. I never expected this place to be as terrible as it was. I walked away very dissatisfied and disgusted. A casino is not supposed to make you feel like this. Obviously, Parx Management, there is something wrong. Hopefully you will address my concerns and make things right. All I know is that I will never visit Parx on my special day again and ruin another special occasion. I lost all confidence now in Parx Casino.

Parx Casino takes all of your money and doesn't anything in return. One hundred dollars is gone in less than one hour. Can't even get a bonus on the slots. Smoke is exhausting. Management, Security, and machine Attendants are a waste. It's not worth the drive !
