The staff is very nice security guards are very helpful and also the waitress and waiters are AWESOME people. Customer service is also very helpful. Thank you.
Ive been going to parx for 2 yrs. I have been paid many jackpots. Some days i dont win anything. Thats ok, we all want to win, but that cant happen. People have to remember, casinos are a business. They have to make money to pay there employees and pay there taxes as well. Yes i do think it takes a little long to get a drink from a waitress. It may be a staffing issue. Most businesses are including mine, hire less people to do more work. Thats just the economy we live in today. I dont like the comp system, and not sure but think you have to spend 20 dol. To get 1 point. The staff everywhere has been great to me. I will return.
I frequent many casinos. But when it comes to PARX, I cannot be any clearer about how distasteful, how disgusting and how terrible this place is. With all of the problems this casino faces, such as extremely poor customer service, horrible payouts, low comps and promotions where product runs out well before the giveaway time frame, smoking being allowed everywhere, and overall a management team who is totally out of touch with reality, when it comes to making improvements and being able to accept any type of criticism, it just totally blows my mind. They don't even have food offerings that are decent, or hotel rooms, or a parking garage, which nearly all casinos have these days. Here we have PARX, which is a nice facility and built up to be one of the premier gaming halls of the greater Philadelphia area. However, if you look at all of these things, you wouldn't think that. Advice to those who run this place. Be willing to listen to those critics and work on making improvements, instead of doing the complete opposite.
