I've been a player at Soaring Eagle since before finished they the new building. I've been a Platinum player for years. I have never won anything more than $10 on the $30 promo play they give me every week. I play the Sizzling 7's game most of the time. For years I would play at least 1 or 2 times a week and hit the progressive jackpot of $1,000+ each month with multiple $200 and $300 jackpots each visit. I would win more than I lost which makes it a lot of fun. About the time they started to build the water park the slot machines quit paying. For months I couldn't hit any of the jack pots. I'm told the payouts are random and are set at a certain percentage. I don't believe it. I went in on Tuesday and hit several $200 & $300 jackpots leaving with $350 to the good. I went back two days later and hit two $300 jackpot one right after the other! I even played the mummy game and it hit a bonus that paid $320! I thought "Hurrah! They turned the slots back on!" I went back on Saturday and couldn't hit a thing so you can't tell me it's random. I will be researching to find out who to complain to. They shouldn't be doing this to the people that fund their business and lifestyle.
I have been a regular customer at The Soaring Eagle Casino of Mount Pleasant, Michigan. This is by far 'MICHIGAN'S BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL CASINO". The casino has THE Biggest Cash Payouts" and offers the Longest Play Time of any casino in Michigan. The staff at Soaring Eagle are polite, courteous and very helpful to the public visitor. The next time you travel please try The Soaring Eagle Casino of Mount Pleasant, Michigan you will be pleasantly surprised - I PROMISE IT!
Slots get a 5, but that is simply based on the Video Poker selection. 9/6 JoB all over the place. NSUD, BP, 10/6 DDB and more. There are also several excellent BJ games available.
Combine that with solid restaurants and a generous slot club and this place is a winner!
This is not a fun place to play anymore. They opened a new water park this year and it is failing badly. Full time workers are being fired at an alarming rate and many times not replaced. As a result it is hard to get anything on the floor. Slots have become almost impossible to win on. Can't comment on table games as I don't play them. If you are a non smoker you are in trouble. They do have a non smoking section but you have to walk through the entire cssino to find it. Smoke permeates the entire place, even in nonsmokeing. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
i like traditional american indian/southwestern decor and this place has it everywhere. it's the only casino in michigan with full pay video poker almost everywhere (jacks or better at least). you can also find full pay nsu deuces and bonus poker. the hotel and restaurants are 1st class.
