Do not like all the new "bells and whistles" slots. The older machines were much better and more fun. If a casino had a room (or a portion of the floor) with older machines from 10 - 20 years ago, they would make a killing. If you look, you will see primarily seniors at the casino and practically everyone of those customers agree with me when I bring that subject up.
Was at soaring eagle on May 26 2017 to May 27. Notice I had a Ruff coating on my car paint , was told it was a roof tar. Did anyone else have this problem ? I think it came from the roof workers when I was there.
I liked this casino. I am a bit fussy when it comes to lighting and cleanliness and this casino rated high in my book. Did not have as many new machines as I expected but had a good variety. I came home with a few bucks which always makes me happy. I saw people winning and it was very busy. We had the buffet, it was average but tasty. Desserts where delic. Recommend if you are in the area.
I've been attending the Soaring Eagle for many years. I love slots, that's my bad habit. There were times when you would atleast win, if I put the money back into the machine then that's my choice. That was the fun and entertaining part of it all. Now it's just take, take, take. If you play slots you won't play for long. Gone are the days of multi big jackpots. Gone are the days of players yelling because they won big. If you don't believe me then just come here...walk around and observe. You'll see the mindless masses putting donations into the slots. I will still come here however, I will only donate $40. Soaring Eagle is a beautiful casino in opinion, however they should bring back the fun of slot play. Just give a little back, and more people will come back with more money to play.
This is a casino and not a church. If you come here you are gonna smell like cigarette smoke, that's just how it goes. Just as church isn't meant for fun, these slots are not for fun anymore.
when I was there this past weekend I was playing a roulette game when I put $6 on number 23 they had tried to say that I only put $1 on it. then when I asked him to go check the cameras they came and said that I didn't put the money on the number which I was sure I did. so I went to complain to upper management and finally they actually looked at the cameras. it turns out I did put that extra money on 23 and when they went to pay out my money they gave me 175 instead of 210. I am almost positive the odds are 35 to 1 on a single number so they didn't pay me outrigh. the pit bosses were not doing their jobs when I asked them to go look at the cameras. I'm really considering never going back there again because if they're going to do it to me who else will they do it to? and I go up there almost every 3 months and spend at least $2000.
