Well I can be like everyone else and complain about the casino. But it is entertainment win or loose. The one thing I do have to say is their promo's are good for out of town guest. Myself and a group of about twenty go to the casino once a week, some times twice. Not one of use have ever received anything from a promo. Like myself we were all GOLD card member. You do the math on how much money we spend to keep that every six months. Being GOLD card is a joke, you get a free drink each day and you get one meal for free. You get no other offers, I have even went in to talk to my personal host and they are never in so I asked if I could get a food comp, she said no. I just got done spending 2000 on my card and ask for a meal and get nothing. So what is the point of playing the card. All they are doing is tracking what I do. So I stopped using it and have pulled off five hand pays in the last six months. 0 hand pays on my card. Before I was Gold I would win big. Myself and five of us have been testing this the last six months and we have wine, the people in our group with a Gold Card and Silver Proffered have not won anything big this year with the largest being 200. Myself on one day won 7500 and 2100 in one day. So Why play the card we say. When you get nothing. So that is all I have to say bad about Oneida. The games are nice, place is clean, only two cashers on a Friday night sucks, one drink cart, Security is nice but they are everywhere, more of them then employees on the floor. Look above the Casher there are more eyes watching in the windows. Players Club employees are nice but Gold Card host is not very nice, they act like you are bothering them when you walk in the empty room to play the games that no one ever plays. Those are old five dollar machines. The only thing you get from there is a cold shoulder, and free popcorn half the time.

I have been going to this casino for the last 13,almost 14 years and I have only won ONE jackpot on the slot machines, no joke. The machines are so tight it would be easier to squeeze a pumpkin out of a olive. The employees are very rude, they laugh at the players, and do absolutely nothing. Everytime I go there they either sit and watch you like you are a criminal waiting to rob the place (which THEY are doing to their customers), or they walk around, in circles, bothering people. Since they are SO wonderful on paying the jackpots (not)...they need to get rid of most of their staff as no one wins, why have all the workers when NOTHING HAPPENS??? The promotions are ridiculous. Other casinos would laugh at the people that run this place, knowing they are doing the exact opposite for their customers. It's apparent to me these people aren't competent enough to realize that in order to run a decent casino, the customers need to be happy. Usually that means promotions, offers, NOT having to go the Gold Club to ASK for a room. There are no more bus tours...but that is ok. The travelers that come and spend money can and do go somewhere else, where they are appreciated and actually come home with some money, or at the very least break even. It's a shame I live in the area, I bang my head everytime I go to this place, knowing I will most likely lose. But with being the optimist that I am I always hope for a better day. After tonight though, that was the last straw. Do NOT go to Oneida, I will never recommend anyone else go to this joke of a "gaming" establishment.

Oneida is out for Oneida. They do not care for the customer at all. You should never go to the casino expecting to win, but it's not even fun here. They shut down a popular bank of machines because they claimed people were "cheating". It's a slot machine, how do you cheat?! Customer service is horrible, food sucks, and its way too crowded. I would rather go to any other casino, not Oneida owned.É

I only play craps and I win more than I lose. In the past six months they hired and "trained" a lot of new dealers for the craps table. On some nights it was quite literally every single roll a controversy would break out because one or more of the dealers would mess up. Placing bets, paying bets, changing bets, all become such a frustrating experience many people just walk away. Management was told and the bottom line was "you don't have to play here, they need to learn somehow". So the idea of paying staff to learn their jobs on dummy tables with fake money is not a practice they use. Two different managers told me the dealers are given basic training but then the real training is on the live tables with real money. Both managers agreed they wouldn't let a new person making a lot of mistakes work on their cars or handle their investments. But both indicated it was fine with them that craps dealers can make numerous mistakes and it was okay with our money "somebody will catch it". Yeah. Right. The valets are great and the servers are great. Some of the craps dealers are great. But overall the lack of training when dealing with hundreds if not thousands of dollars riding on one roll of the dice doesn't make me ever want to go back.

The tightest slots I have ever played. I am gold member and go to Mason Street casino at LEAST 3 times per week (for the past couple of years)and spend a few or couple thousand per week. Last night I lost $3,000 in 2.5 hours on penny machines with only 1 or 2 times hitting over $50 in a win. SAD. Everyone I see there loses. Please save your money for better things....I quit. ;(
