Made the mistake of taking a detour after an event and lost $300 in the slots without even getting any play, and noticed no one else was winning anything either. All of a sudden around dinner time, the machines lit up a little bit and I saw some people actually hitting a little bit: didn't know their investments, but didn't see anything over $800 and NO JACKPOTS ANYWHERE despite videos being displayed of past jackpot winners with no date. Years ago?? I kept kidding myself about trying to get something back; after another $200, I had cashed out $110, but lost that as well. Again, others were not winning anything either. NO $1200 winners! Don't understand why the state has gotten so lax on this, and increase the fines for not paying the proper 80% payouts. This place has got to be less than 50%. The bars are a much better option. They generally pay back about 65%.
Went to try to get something to eat and no one was at the counter for at least five minutes with two people in front of me.
I have been going to Oneida for the last three months and all I do is lose. Then when I leave my machine a player betting minimum will play behind me and win. This is after I put anywhere from $300 to $500 in the machine. I think they see me come up and shut the machine down till I run out of money. They don't pay out anything. I went up 40 times in a row and broke even twice and one once. This was a few years ago, but not much has changed. Also I have put $2500 in a slot one night and the biggest hit I got was $60. How does that happen. I wouldn't waste your money.
Extremely tight machines. Please don't waste your time giving your money away to the tribe.. old machines. poor service. no pay outs. can't even break even here.
Been going on and off since 2003, nice visual but rude tellers. Very tight machines slots, but we just go to get away from the kids, it's are little getaway. If they want to keep the enjoyment down by all means keep the status Quo. When we win our money back to put in half of it again, we drive home thinking we did ok. It's become a certainty we will not make any money there. We will never recommend the place to a single person. The other bingo and smaller casino needs new chairs like the bigger casino. Our backs only allow us to get taken for only three hours instead of an all nighter, because we find ourselves slouching in the chairs all night. I don't play table games my wife and I like to hang out together. The hotel is ok on the newer remodeled side of the Hotel.
I thought the new addition would mean new fun machines. As far as I can see, it meant new carpeting and one new restaurant. Where is Red Hot Fusion, Cash back dollar, Multi strike poker? I have not come home with more than I left with in 3 years. The machines eat $20 bills like peanuts. The Executive Club is a farce. Play all month and lose thousands and they will give you $30 in promo money. The only reason it is crowded all the time is because it is the only game in town. I am starting to think that I am going to put another quart of gas in my car and take my trips to Keshena, North Star, Wittenburg or even Ho Chunk. Enough of the machines that do not pay a dime in $40. It is obviously cheaper to pay the state fines than to treat your customers fairly.
