Avoid. Unimaginative casino. Lousy management. Worst atmosphere and treatment of players. If you want harassment and a bad time where you will most certainly lose most of your money and get little to nothing back, then you'll probably love this place. Otherwise, you probably won't. NOTHING like Las Vegas. Those commercials are a complete crock. ONLY good thing about this place, is that they have cute waitresses. Other than that, this place has the worst vibe of any casino I've ever been to. Least fun casino in America? Very possibly.
Good people... BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place has the ABSOLUTLE WORST MANAGEMENT and "customer service" of any casino I've ever been to, in my entire life. I've been playing in casinos from Las Vegas to Atlantic City for nearly 20 years, and to make a very long story short, the experience I had in this place, was by far, the WORST I've ever had in any casino. STAY AWAY (as far as possible)! I wish I could give ratings of 0 for Customer Service and Gaming Atmosphere, but I can't. Good luck wherever you play, but trust me, you don't want it to be here.
If you wish to get lung cancer, or breathe in stale, disgusting air from cigarette and cigar smoke, then you have gone to the right place. Parx Casino is the place to be. This place does not even designate smoking and non smoking sections. Everywhere you go, there is always someone lighting up...even where there are no ash trays.
This is by far the worst casino we've ever been to

My wife and I recently visited this casino, only to be sorely disappointed. For starters, the slot machines were not only in deplorable condition with broken, missing keys, they were as tight as a drum. None were paying out. Even during bonus rounds. Second, we asked for drinks on the floor, where we would place an order with the waitress and the waitress would never come back with our drinks. Also, the restaurant Foodies was by far the worst. The food we ordered was sorely undercooked and raw. We were forced to wait in extremely long lines for crappy food and service. Smoking in this casino was out of hand, where several people were smoking even in non smoking areas. Those people in red suits whose job is to get these smokers off the floor did absolutely nothing. My wife and I have both complained to Parx management. It's now been 4 weeks and they have yet to contact us. My recommendation to all of you thinking about visiting Parx is to not bother wasting your time, gas, money and patience. You will have a much better time at some of the other local casinos in the area like Sands, Mt Airy, Sugarhouse, Harrah's, or even Atlantic City. So please do yourself a big favor. Stay as far away from Parx as you can. You'll be so glad you did...
