This casino does not want business. Several security guards watch TV constantly. Other security guards were rapped up into deep conversations. One was sitting in a chair watching Tv. They have several rude floor attendants. Some of the floor attendants do not know anything. You pay for the ignorance when you lose money.

Instead of correcting any problems, personal ask you to leave. If you become a gold member in two months, the employees resent you! Anyone using any coupons sent by the Players Club is a target. Some employees resent you getting anything. You will be treated progressively worse if you become a regular by the same employees.

Several customers of large wins were denied the winnings! They were told the machine malfunctioned, which voids the win. Read the rules, they only need to say it without proving.

Several waitresses complained about not receiving tips. They are saying the customers are too cheap. One got upset with a customer for not buying drinks! (alchohol).

Lies with rude employee behavior seems to be the highlight of The Meadows.

The bowling alley has a dictator (very large) woman running it. It's not a fun place to bowl at. Basically the business is employee first, customers don't count at all. Customers are views as either addicts or suckers. The customer treatment tells it all.

Drunks sleep in chairs often, and are not removed.

The drinks are cheaply mixed, over priced.

Several employees have complained about treatment and poor employee pay.

Food court, beverage station are poorly kept. Small portions by some employees in food court. (certain days and times) Want to chance when you will be robbed. If the casino makes money on games, why not become known for the best food portions?

Bathrooms missing toilet paper in several stalls. Unkept.

They do not cater to any long term customer. Most customers claim The Rivers and Wheeling West Virgina are better casinos.

Several visit findings:
Casino workers have terribles attitudes.
Management is supportive of employee terrible behavior.
Management doesn't want new customers by insulting them.
Employees and management treat new players as not worthy to play.
Zero motive for new players, not a fun group casino if new players are in the group.
Employees are miserable, passing it off to the customer or would be customer.
Too many parking lot fights, indicating no wins for a high rate of customers arriving together losing.
Anyone going loses, because the atmosphere is poor.
The food court is poorly kept.
The beverage bar was messy, unkept. Every visit ran out of beverages, sugar, creamers, cup lids, out of coffee cups.
Service desk bad attitudes, poor or short useless explanations of promotions. Calls to customer service yielded no return calls after many attempts.
Outcome: they don't care for anyone, new customers lost. Advice: they need to have a program for better service, polite and patient with new customers. The information given to customers must be accurate. A new customer program needs to be in place. A family program to encourage more players with more promotions could benefit the place, customers. The existing customers can be retained by showing them better treatment of any players they bring.
A existing customer referral reward might benefit everyone.

Absolutely the worst casino in pa oh and WV!!! You spend a hundred bucks in 10 mins and u hit nothing and I mean nothing!!!!! Free play is disgusting!!! Spend 5000 a month and they give you 35 in free play. Really wish PA gaming commission would audit this horrible place!!! I do not go there anymore because of this...i must say the rivers and wheeling let you have fun by allowing you to win some off what your spending!!!! Save your money for a real casino and skip the meadows maybe they'll become a better place to gamble!!! Doubt it!!!!

Beware::::::::the only way to actually get some real free play at this hole is to be handicapped or you have to be old or black - that’s it.........let me tell you I been a member at the Meadows Casino since they opened the cheap tent and every month my free play is $5.00 I put all my money in to the slots just about evryday to get $5 a week (now Wheeling Island I go one time next month and I get $20 a week and free buffets and hotel stays) At the Meadows the waitresses think that their crap smells like roses. They act like they are some big shot strippers - lmao - they come around “driiiiiiiiiinksssssssss” You ask for a drink and they start rolling their eyes like damn you dont have to be like that.

About the only thing that is nice about that place is the keno machines. Everythng else and everyone else about the place sucks, even though you dont really hit dipity doo on keno but, I used to before they got rid off the cheap tent and tightened them up

I go to the Rivers Casino and my first time I got $50 in free play my first night. I go back a few days later, I put $10 in the machine and it said congragulations!!!!!!!!!! You just got free play. Here I go and punch in my pin and it said you have $0.01 in free play whatttt? A penny? What the heck am I gonna do with a penny? I got up and left. Never went back. What a brown eye hole just like the Meadows. So I’ve been taking my bussiness to Wheeling where they treat you like you should be treated right for your money. I suggest you do the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
