To all of the players but most especially high rollers and other whales, gamble there at your own risk. As of right now, I just found a more generous casino. But first I will give you the rundown what perks I got during my time there. I got vouchers at RW Prime, RW Retail Shops, Bar 360/Liberty Bar and RW Food Court. But guess what? I spent at least tens of thousands of dollars to get these things. So please go to a more generous casino and not make the same mistake I made.

In a nutshell, the machines do NOT pay out the way they did when they first opened. Some machines are programed to just suck hundreds from you,non stop. It honestly looks like the machines will only pay so much to so many people at particular time's of day. AND we have had at least two incidences where the machines were paying well, and all of a sudden there's a"fire alarm" that lasted about two hours. Why is it that the firemen came but never went inside? Of course, the machines were no longer hitting once they let everyone back in.
General customer service is good, but it's management that often has the nasty, condescending attitude towards you if you experience a problem.  The shuttle buses to the casino are a joke. People wait 2-3 hours to be picked up by a bus that's supposed to run every hour. We are constantly calling customer service on this. Avoid Broadway Junction. The buses from the casino to Jamaica run so infrequently, and we were told is because the Flushing and Chinatown clients spend more money. The casino is a stones throw from Jamaica.
Some people who come there are just tacky. They are aggressive and if they want your seat they will stare you down until you leave, sit next to you and watch you play, etc. The food court is okay but a bit limited and too expensive.
Save your money. Go elsewhere.

The place is terrible.. Only one promotion stand open; lines never get short; atmosphere horrible; food court jammed; one cashier office only with at most two attendants; lines very long. Video poker practically non-existent; only jacks/better; double bonus or deuces wild; very limited diversity for video poker. All machines controlled by NYS Lottery commission; no Random Number Generator; these VLT's are like scratch tickets; only certain amount of winners. The only free beverages are: soda, coffee and water. Drink prices are off the wall; glass of Bud, $8. Whiskey shot, $14. This place does not give you "ICE IN THE WINTER."

This is a casino where nobody cares And why
should they. I was there the other day and the place was mobbed.
The food options are a joke with long lines for overpriced fast food.
The coat check was closed and you have to carry your coat in the winter. When I e=mailed management and mentioned their TV false advertising where nobody is wearing coats I was told I could put my coat on the back of my seat. Huh?
There have been more than one incident at night so go in the daytime. Also beware of machine hogs who play two or three machines at a time.
