Was avoiding empiire city because you just couldnt win but i was bored and had to get out of the house and empire is ten min away. So i went. I played my fav slot and in three tries hit jackpot for $152. Then decided to switch to my other fav slot. Played for five hours and kept winning. Played with two hundred walked home with over eight. Even had a nice bonus of over four hundred. What happened? Did they pay up all their bills and they are finally letting us win?

Went to Empire City this past weekend. The slots paid NOTHING! I know you cant always win.....but it didn't even give you anything back so you can play for a while. Lost $20 in 4 mins on the slots. When you do win its $.50 yet you bet $2.00. But it's still fun...just don't expect to win.

to be on the safe side, if you have an older car, use it at empire city. cars are being broken into there. not sure if cameras on pole are real or not because in most cases nothing is done. they tell u to call your insurance company but if someone was to get shot or mugged i bet cameras would be working and yonkers police would be involved. but if they break into your car not only do you lose inside but you lose outside also .

Went to Empire City today. It is the most customer unfriendly "casino" I've ever encountered. They send out Free Play Vouchers to their players. When you get there, after waiting on line at the promotion booth, you are told that your free play voucher is not accepted. On the voucher there are certain days the voucher is not valid. They told me that after the voucher was mailed, they decided to add more days that the voucher is not valid -- for example 9/27 which is the day I went there. On the voucher is small type: management reserves the right to chance or cancel a promotion or offer at any time without notice. While they have covered themselves legally, they have antagonized their customers. How stupid can a marketing department be? The food court and italian restaurant are good though.

Went to the new bar there dan and rooneys just opened up this month sat at the bar and just watched bartender after bartender and manager just keep walking by and didn't even ask if we needed anything. There were about 3 other people at the bar so there was nothing going on. About ten minutes went by we walked out the girl in the front said have a nice nite. That's when we told her what happened. She got the manager that was one of the people at the bar that ignored us. He was in a suit and white hightop sneakers, what a classy joint they run there! We just left after that. Beware, don't even enter that casino. It smells like armpits the second you open the door
