This is the worst experience that I had with a Harrahs casino. I travel a lot and have gone to atleast 4 other Harrahs casino but since this one is ran by the Indian tribe they don't care about you. Even my casino host told me they can't do anything there. I booked a nonsmoking room and when I went into my room I notice the smoke odor so I called customer service and talked to their supervisor. I explained to them that I requested a nonsmoking room and they gave me a smoking room. I also told them that I get migraines from a smoking room and I can't sleep. They told me that they are sold out and there's nothing they can do about it. They said if I don't want to stay than I can check out. I asked if I can get a refund since they don't have a nonsmoking room and they said no, they're not going to refund me since I checked in. I said I just walked into the room. I haven't even been here 5 minutes. I booked a nonsmoking room, not a smoking room. They said nothing is guarantee and I get what they have available. Long story short, I left cause I can't stay there but they still charged me $189. I will never ever go there again!! Worst customer service ever!!!
Staff is beyond stupid. Everytime you ask someone something they don't know the answer or tell you the incorrect info. Slots never hit anything big ever. I have been here 5 times and stayed several days each time. The atmosphere is horrible since everyone losses no one is having a good time like in other casino's I've visited. If you want to hand money over this is the place to go. I myself will not be back.
I have been playing poker in Cherokee for quite awhile and love it now they have live tables and dealers. Yesterday August 2 2017 I went up to originally play a cash poker game but sat down at 30k Wheel of Fortune slot and won big at this staton. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of going to play. Also haven't stayed at the hotel but would love to if the prices ever drop.
