The machines are winnable but I do find them much tighter than good vegas casinos. Drink service is hllarious, 1 or 2 waitresses make a pass ONCE AN HOUR! That's actually casino policy. And they bring you a sippy cup of beer. You can get better drink service at the video poker bars, but the machines are terrible, exact same crappy odds as Vegas airport!

Players club. Probably the worst on the planet. $380 cash in on video poker and around $280 slots gets you 1 stinking point. This means you need $57,000.00 cash in to move up from bottom level to 3rd of 4 levels. Even better, they don't tell you that they do a tier points reset to zero every Oct 1st!!! I made 24 points Sept 25-27...4 day later they wiped out all my points. Then the casino host gives me attitude that I'm not a big enough player!!! Wow, $8000.00 cash in 2 days is not a big player in her eyes?!?! In Vegas that play would have moved me up 2 or 3 levels at real casinos. I gambled twice her monthly salary in 2 days and she talked down to me. SOLID CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Restaurants, in 2 years I have never seen the pizza place open and the Buffet is usually closed. That leaves you with a really lousy burger joint with surly staff, Tim Hortons or an overpriced cafe to spend your piss poor comps.

I'll use you for your freeplay Seneca, but I'll never put another dollar into your machines after you wiped out 40 points, most of which were earned 3 days earlier. Vega thanks to for your truly poor attitude.

Went there on a two day bus trip where we got $40.00 food and $100.00 free play each. We hit very little on the free play and the food (buffet) is nothing special average at best. After playing the free play we did hit some small payouts for the amount we were betting. Example me and my friend were max betting on every 1 cent machine we played. We got a lot of bonuses (at least 10 on different machines) but only one payout went over $100, it ended up $118.00. Betting $5.00 a spin and getting a bonus and even re-triggering in the bonus still netted us less than $100. Sometimes I wonder if those players cards are used for more than just accumulating comps?

Hotel is very outdated rooms have original carpeting gross to walk on. Heater in our room didn't work properly set it on 68 at night still was very hot in our room, TV is very outdated can't plug in a game the hdmi plugs way on back and TV is glued to dresser on a swivel that doesn't turn very much. Hotel should not be 4 diamond 3 is more correct. Food is the very best in the steakhouse and Italain restaurant cafe and hamburger place not so good chicken wings are precooked then fried again so have an awful aftertaste, breakfast was very very greasy bacon that sat in a pan and was not hot. The coffee in the cafe is terrible and on the gaming floor is just as bad. Service on the gaming floor is horrible most of the time I played at the same machine for over 2hrs and left to walk to the bar to get a bottle of water. Spent alot of time and money there, have a gold card but could not get a noon check out because we didn't have black cards. The lowest cards are blue.

Seneca Niagara Casino, Buffalo Downtown Casino, & Allegheny Casino are set up for taking in Revenue & let no one to win ?. It’s a trap! Alcoholic Anonymous set their convention there to make everyone drunk & stupid. Las Vegas “Wynn” Casino is numero uno to make customers happy.

Where do... I start ugh..... This casino is a joke! Cheap! Never.... win never .... Ghetto! Horrible customer service, players club and shops offer low budget items, restaurants are ok. I have been to Indian casinos all over the country and they are beautiful. .. lose slots, tons of points for players club, all designer items from Lacoste to Gucci , private high limit slot areas, top shelf liquor FREE!! Customer service top noch, comps non stop , food from top chefs. Coming to Seneca Niagara you feel like your in a time warp the staff have no personally, act like your bothering them, then... oh let's talk about the drink servers if your lucky you may find one every hour and if you don't you head to the bar to buy your own drinks and pay.. but after not seeing a server for an hour you don't mind you just want your drink OH.. but wait that's right you are ONLY ALLOWED 1 Drink to take with you. A ha ha ha.. oh never in my life this place is a joke ... and they think a big designer brand is MK lol.. This casino and the help are like a bunch of back woods hicks who look at you like huh??? Do yourself a favor go.... out of nys area and see what real casinos offer, how much you'll win..... and how exciting it is. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst Indian casino in all of the usa.
