I really enjoy this casino. I love the Wave spa. Best two messages I have ever had. Denise is a rock star! I really enjoy the adults only pool area and the Lazy river. I only wish they were open earlier in the morning. My husband and I enjoy visiting the Parlay lounge on Vikings game day, there are beer and drink specials and drawings. The atmosphere is great! I don’t play table games but enjoy the slots. Like any other games of chance it’s hit or miss, but overall I do fine there. I am ruby passport card holder, which is one card from the beginning yet every month I get 1 free room and drink per week and one to two free buffets and we are invited to an occasional event which is what I would expect based on my play. In my opinion the buffet is good, more than enough selection and the broasted chicken is delicious. Although it’s a 120 mile round trip for us from Chanhassen and Mystic Lake is only 33 miles round trip we find it worth the drive. Like I stated we really enjoy Treasure Island! 

1st time every giving a review on a business. I have had good service and bad service, like I’m sure most have and I have never felt compelled to write a review until now. I won’t go into detail about the long waits, rooms not being ready at check-in, cold food or sheets that felt like sand paper. But where I draw the line is being accused of stealing LED light from around the bed and mirrors and being charged over $200 for theft and damages I did not cause. That being said, I am in touch with hotel management and hope to be able to update this review, with a positive resolution to the situation. If not, I plan to contact the BBB and since this was a work event, ensure my company chooses a different venue next year. 

The slots have not paid me in months, I don't know what to play anymore to even win.I don't feel like VIP at all, I can't get a suite to save my life. I'm treated like I just walked through the door, but yet been a club member since the first day the doors opened.

Very nice staff had a issue with my room and was taken care of and the issue fixed. Very fun environment and staff wide selection of slots and tables. Very good promotions way better then MistakeLake they really care about there players as for MistakeLake don't offer crap for promotion and even tho I'm a black card at MistakeLake I get way better promotions here on a low level card. TI is my new favorite place. Well worth the drive and my new home when I play.
