My wife and I have been going to Treasure Island Casino for years and in the past we would win
every now and then which made the experience enjoyable.

However now it is a complete and total joke.

The slots are simply the worst we have played in several years and we have played at most of the casinos
in Minnesota and have been to Vegas several times.

To win at Treasure Island now would not be lucky, it would be a miracle.

We live within 20 minutes of Treasure Island but would prefer to drive 2 hours North of the cities to gamble.

When leaving Treasure Island after losing your money at least you can find some comfort in knowing
that a lot of people have a job because you lost.

I guess my wife and I along with countless others are victims of their stimulus package.

The slots have not paid me in months, I don't know what to play anymore to even win.I don't feel like VIP at all, I can't get a suite to save my life. I'm treated like I just walked through the door, but yet been a club member since the first day the doors opened.

The ever expanding casino tells the story. Where do you think all of the money for expansion comes from? You, the loser!!

I've been a patron of the Island for many years. I have played thousands and thousands of dollars in the slot machines. The biggest pay-out that I've received was for $700.00. How often do you see anyone win?

This is a good place to stay away from! I live close by, and bring some local elderly out about once, sometimes twice a week for a getaway. I walk around and watch the players on the slots, and the only ones I see winning are the obvious Schill players. Usually women, but I have seen men also. They usually play $5 and up per shot, and always do great, usually showing around $4oo and up on their credits, then they disappear. I have followed them, and they usually go to an employees only area.
As for the folks I bring: they used to win occasionaly, but within the last four to five years, winners are EXTREMELY rare. In five years, I have seen only one person in our group win more than $300.
Also, comps have been reduced to nothing. Used to get a free meal occasionally, if you played $5,000 or so. Now all comps are zero. Hotel stays are a joke. My advice: Stay Away!

I think the slots here have gotten much tighter over the years, but I always have a good time here.

There are plenty of places to get a drink or beer and grab a bite to eat. Sometimes it is tough to get on a blackjack table if you want to play with a friend and if you are looking for three spots together forget it on a weekend. But always a good time!

On the weekends durring peak hours you can not be picky about what slot you want to play either, kind of have to take what is available.
