This was the worst time ever. I have been going there for years and never has it been so bad. Worst customer service at the center bar ever, machine broke and waited 25 minutes for 15 dollar freeplay that loaded into the machine but could not play it. Bartender girl was the rudest and most inconsiderate person I have ever come across. It is amazing they have someone like that working with customers. Completely unbelievable, never ever never again, they just do not care.
Well this used to be a great casino. Over Tha past 2 years it had been on a decline and is now in a out and out nose dive. People there are rude, slow to fix a machine ( waited 47 minutes for a reset after calling the main desk, telling a waitress, and having the service light on. In the past 8 months I had visited 24 times or roughly 3 weeks a month, spend $200 or more and NOT EVEN ONCE WON ANYTHING MORE THAN $40 TO 50. Others I speak to say the same. You can spin 100x on max on the bam games and not win $5, other slots same story. This place is a joke, it's not you everyone feels like the slots are against them. Then you hear "another winner over the Past, who? Where? My A$$. This casino has gone to hell, and the turnout of people shows that well. Even yesterday Friday Nov 17 2017 it was dead for hours then a few hundred people came in. People are so pissed they are smashing doors in walls, banging machines and getting kicked out being told the averages there are better than state minimums, I call MAJOR BS. I also called the gaming commission as well as others enough times tbat i was just told they are opening a inquest due to the volume of callers. Oh and the buffet is $26, and the worst Chinese place I had ever been to was almost better
This place sucks, will never visit again. Bizarre customer service. The guy named Mathew let one of my family member who was visiting from India get in. Then when he started playing he had to show his ID which was international so they said it was not going to be valid here for the casino. Understand that. They then asked him to leave the casino, understand that as well. So when we basically could not be at the casino. So we started leaving through the front entrance where we had pay for the vallet. They told him that he cant go back and had to leave from the entrance right there. Which was bizarre since he atleast had a valid ID. That being said 2 of us went at the front entrance and asked the guy named Mathew to call somebody from the customer service or Human Resources and he said no one will come down to talk to you. And that pissed me off. That guy started yelling at us while explaining why no oine would come talk to us. When we told him that it was such a bizzare thing to hear he started being rude. I then mentioned that i will never come to this place again and he said thats ok you dont have to come here. It was no point in even talking to them beinv Marcus and Joseph, the other employees who joined to support Mathew. While we were going to pay for the vallet Mathew yelled in front of the people who were all waiting out there that you should have a valid ID for you to visit. He didn't have to do that. We understand English pretty well. It was so frustrating to go through this. Very poor management and very bad customer service. They dont know how to deal with their customers. Wonder how the business is running? Glos bless America as the visitors are not allowed to walk free in this country anymore and is obviously not leaving a good impression of us.
Pennsylvania first casino NO PENNSYLVANIA'S WORST CASINO! It is a joke for payouts went into the high limit room put $100.00 in the wheel of fortune slot machine played the max two credits ($10.00) a push and NOTHING BACK NOT EVEN $5.00 WTF they should have a complaint filed against them to the pa gaming board,that is wrong where is the percentage rate. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONET everytime you go for a night out it is always' $300.00/$400.00 a visit! STAT AWAY FORM THIS PLACE OR BETTER YET GO BY AND THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!
