Worst casino from a slots perspective that I've ever been to. Harrahs AND the Cherokee Indians need their cut so the payback percentage is reflected in that. You will lose money at the slots so if you play em just be prepared to lose a ton of cash.

This is a nice looking casino, but it is the worst casino as far as payouts that I have ever been to. There is no competition, and they are opening another casino in Murphy, but its the same owners. I was told by the federal gaming commission that this casino is regulated by themselves. The Cherokee Indians who own it with Harrah's, regulate it. Boy it sucks. It used to have better payouts, and you could have fun. It is not a fun place anymore and certainly not a lucky place. We all know the casino always has the advantage, but nothing like this gyp joint. Hardly ever get bonuses on slots and you pay big bucks for a drink, which almost every other casinos give you for free. Go where there is other competition. Save your money and stay away from this horrible casino. They give no coupons that matter, no concerts no comp rooms and they have taken away all the benefits of being a Diamond member, no advantages of betting big. It is a shame because it is a nice looking place. I have been going there since they built it and it certainly has gotten tot he point that I feel like a fool for even going there any more, so I will save and go to other casinos that appreciate me dropping lots of money with them. I used to spend lots of money at this casino because at least you got bonuses, had fun and won a little more, not now. They need to be regulated and looked at closely
