We had a very nice room on 24th floor of the west tower with a view of the water. Food was delicious at the buffet and restaurants we tried. Pool is one of the nicest I've seen. The pool is indoors in a conservatory space with natural light & beautiful plants. We were there in October 2011. Employees we encountered were very friendly. Property is not located on the boardwalk, but there is a free shuttle for hotel guests without a car. We were not particularly lucky on the slots. Plenty of table games were available. Overall we had a good vacation at Harrah's. We saw the rooms friends were staying in at Caesars and our room was much nicer.

My wife and I have been going to Harrah's faithfully over the past 10-15 years. The food is great, the rooms are comfortable, there is a good variety of slot machines. Staying at Harrah's and trying the other casinos on the boardwalk, I always go back to Harrah's. My wife and I always have a very nice stay at Harrah's. Many thanks to our host (fernando desilva) who has always accommodated us with a wonderful stay. Always in a professional manner. Out of the 12 casinos that we have stayed, Harrah's is the best. The promotions and offers that we receive today are just as good as they were 15 years ago. Keep up the good work.
