We ordered 4 buffets and the food was the worst we ever had there. The steaks and chicken were hard, rolls were hard and there was not a good variety. This was the first time that we have not been happy with the food. We don’t know if we will go back there for the buffet ever again. It was steak and seafood night and it was around 7 pm so I felt the food should have been better.

Players club program has changed. Can't get any comps now. Don't give comps based on play like before. Heard you get something after getting 1000 points. Played off and on for hours, two days while there. Saw only 125 points listed. Crazy. Very hard to win. Lost on everything I played.

On the early evening of 11/12/16 all the machines stopped working and held people's money. Each person who had money in a machine had to sit and wait for an attendant for hours and hours. I'm talking over five hours! I will never ever ever step foot in this place again. Every white light on each slot machine was lit at the same time. This happened gradually and the machines would start spitting the tickets out and then all of the sudden the tickets stopped coming out. We flew in to stay and play and THIS is what happened. These machines must be controlled because you can't win anything during the week at all. The service here is terrible! Every machine was blinking and blinking and blinking and blinking. This was the worst experience ever! Visit Hollywood instead if you're in MO. This began just after 5:00 and now it is 1:15AM...WTF???? I guess they made a huge amount of money on cocktails because people had nothing to do while waiting. Giving a voucher for only $20.00 is certainly not enough to take care of this situation. They should have taken care of the situation so much sooner. Worst place EVER!!!!

While the food drink are good...and the rooms are beautiful and clean....the actual gaming experience leaves alot to be desired. Service is glacial slow. If you're waiting for a waitress/waiter while on a slot....good luck. You're much better off to go yourself. The slots.....oh my. Out of the last 20 trips....zero hand pays....19 losing trips...1 break even. That's moving around alot playing the max bet with a starting bankroll of 800-1000 each trip. They are horribly bad at taking money and paying nothing. They have so many slots set to 'almost' hit. The gaming commission should really examine their payout percentages. Another common problem...the tickets that are issued after you leave a machine oftentimes don't work in other machines and cannot get redeemed at the 'redemption machines'....meaning you have to wait in the cashier's line...ALOT. My last four trips there had this problem as well as poor parking. The parking lots experience alot of vandalism and they never have the camera's on where you need them.
