Waited 35 min for our pager to go off,hostess claimed she pages 3 times. Pager did not work. 4 empty booths open, but Renee Sat us at the 2 top table in the middle of the walkway, and said that was all she had available. It was my husband's birthday, and she manage to make it a terrible experience. We come out almost every weekend, and we have never received treatment like this.

The last straw for me at this place was when I put some money in a machine that had 4 cents left on it--and the person next to it said the person who had been on it before had left.It was a $1.00 machine. Before long I had security coming over to me reading me the riot act loudly and embarrassingly, about using money (4 cents) that wasn't mine and acting like The Gestapo. Moreover, when I tried to have my cell phone start taping this, I was told if I did I would be handcuffed and arrested. This coming, from a place where I have repeatedly seen their floor people take left money in machines out, and cashed the tickets and put the money in their own pockets...

New building is up, but it's STILL very smokey!

They just don't want to spend the money to crank up the ventilation system!
CHEAP - CHEAP - CHEAP!

This place will kill your lungs.
