Ive spent the past 3 days here gambling. Facility is o.k. plenty of table games as well as slots however the personnel act as if they are the only game in town, so to speak. Their bedside manner is downright rude! I am 50 years old been gambling for 30 years literally all over the world. I make 3-4 trips to Vegas each year alone as well as numerous other casinos across the country. In the 3 days I had 3 different incidents with gaming personnel! This is not sour grapes I cleared over $3300 in the 3 day trip. I want to be a customer that feels like my hard earn money is being spent/gambled and appreciated. There are too many other alternatives for gaming nearby this is my first and only trip to Firekeepers.
Since the casino is close we were visiting often.
Playing slots is a joke.spend 100 bucks to win free games betting a buck a pull then win 2 dollars. play 50 different slots in one visit and lost on everyone.gobble your money up with .05 cent wins.better to walk in hand money to some cashier and walk out.
Yep that much fun.
was a frequent customer there . My last visit there my husband and I found a hundred dollar ticket voucher on the floor. My husband cashed it in at a kiosk. Shortly after he went to a nearby town to visit friends. Within minutes of him leaving three security and police came to my hotel room pounding on the door and told me we "stole" from the casino and they needed the money back from him. I told them he would be gone a couple hours and would return the money promptly which we did with no proof issued that we gave it back. They still believed he was in my room and came in to check (really?) And continued to harass me for two and a half hours until he got back. We left at one thirty in the morning even though it was a three day trip. In a nutshell I would stay away from this place. Peeps can talk good about thecasino or whatever but when a frequent customer gets treated like that me and others I have taken give this place a huge thumbs down
You very rarely walk away a winner from this place. The food is acceptable... but getting comps for it are like "pulling teeth"... after spending SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS! (Trust me... Casinos were NOT built on Winners... but GOOD ONES will give YOU free food at the very least!) Some of the 'help' is very rude and not helpful one bit. They seem to act like they are doing YOU a favor because THEY work there!
We were there TWICE when their computer system went down and created havoc for everyone... had to wait 2.5 hours for my money I had in my machine!
SAVE YOUR MONEY for LAS VEGAS or RENO, NEVADA!!!
This is a nice modern stand alone facility. It has everything you would expect in a newer property, with ample restaurants and close parking. Tables seemed to be hovering around the $10 area on our visit. Lots of slots, and only short pay VP that we saw. There are several hotels to be found in a short drive of Firekeepers.
