The slot machine have gone from bad to worst in pay out what is really going on maybe you guys need to change from the heads up all my friends have stop coming so what is the pay out on your machine I think it's 25-75 for the caniso.
Always had pretty good customer service. Slots zero payout. Always lose $.. No free drinks what is that? All casinos I have been in drinks are free whether you are playing heavy money or a few bucks on penny slots.. Rooms I have stayed in nicer for the $ no more comp rooms suppose they need the $ to build new casino. No arcade for kids or pool for kids unless you are staying at hotel.. If having family here better stay at diplomat as if it rains pool still open so kids can stay with auntie a night
I love this casino and while the actual hotel and casino are beautiful, if you are playing slots don't plan on winning. There is very little payout compared to Micouskee, the food prices are ridiculous. A tip is to go across the street to the Seminole and eat at the nice buffet. We usually start there and then go to the H.R. Casino to play. Also, I asked staff what the % of payouts are and no one seems to have an answer. I hear regulars complain that there just aren't enough payouts. As a recent member of the Players Club, there should be more drawings, more incentive to stay and play as they do at the Mardi Gras Casino. Best of luck to everyone!
I've visited this casino at least ten times and I have yet to win anything. I've tried playing all types of slots and haven't had a bit of luck . In addition, I've never seen anyone hit anything of any size. Several times, I just wandered around to see if anyone was doing well but never did see a hit that required any payout. Only good thing is I can park my motorhome in the parking lot and wait for my wife's 6 AM flight home! Very convenient to airport.
