I come to this casino very often, but after today I will no longer come here. My wife and I spent over 1000 dollars in less than one hour. Pretty ridiculous!!! We were both on the slot machines, no bonuses or winnings to keep us playing. You all should be ashamed, you make billions of dollars weekly. Why don't you pay out and let folks have a good time winning a little!!! Just a thought to keep your gamers happy.?

Absolutely poor customer service. They allow untrained,faux service dogs in casino. One nipped at me but thank God didn't break skin. Complained online twice and have never been given an apology or even an email or call back. I'm a frequent gambler and can't believe they don't even address potential dangerous issues and lawsuits. This was a pit bull with no training. Shame on this place.

My family and friends Have been going to these two Indian casinos for many years and We see what goes on and it’s not honest!!’ The machines are rigged. They pick and chose who wins and who loses. They plant their friends and family at certain machines and they walk away with jackpots playing .50 cents. These people know exactly where to sit and how much to play. The casino mangers or controllers turn on the slots where they are sitting and have the machine pay out. Big jackpots!!! They are all rigged. Very very dishonest. They are NOT REGULATED. SO THEY CAN BASICALLY DO WHAT THEY WANT. AND THEY DO!! Very unfair practice and it seems to be the general consensus of many other players there. We go to win not lose every time but I have been doing nothing but losing. These Indian casinos need to be closely scrutinized and observed as to what goes on. The gaming commission will see. It’s not hard to see how they operate. It’s bull and it’s Not fair!! Not honest at all!! They also plant people at certain slots and have them win big jackpots. I see the same players constantly winning. Constantly. Same winners for the drawings too. This is bull. Someone needs to take care of these cheats.

I am done with this place,the last 7 times that i went, i lost my in ass on variety of slots, a total of over $2500.00. Not only are the slots rigged, but Cocos riches is rigged as well. Its supposed to be random, win 35-1000 and u choose 1 of 4 boxes, i had an issue with the boxes coming up the last time, the lady at the players club slipped and said it was pre-determined on how much i would receive. Lastly, their give a ways a are a scam, there has been many times when I have been standing near the area where they announce winners, the people working there are always talking to people in line before any names are announced it looks really shady, low and behold, these people are called out as winners. Coincidence??? I highly doubt it , these thieves will not get any more of my money

In the last year, Since the change in management--this new points system; there has been a major change. Basically your odds of winning has drastically changed and not for the players good---just the casino! It's just not the same, I mean the place is nice and the food is good; but that's it---RUN; go play somewhere else--I know I am!
