Sad but true first and last visit for us...guess we are just used to playing at Cherokee casinos...the Seminoles were fierce warriors but we have learned less than honest at gaming..save your monies it was also major smokey AND THE food was just ok YOUR staff was amazing I hope they at least get decent pay.

I come to this casino very often, but after today I will no longer come here. My wife and I spent over 1000 dollars in less than one hour. Pretty ridiculous!!! We were both on the slot machines, no bonuses or winnings to keep us playing. You all should be ashamed, you make billions of dollars weekly. Why don't you pay out and let folks have a good time winning a little!!! Just a thought to keep your gamers happy.?

Absolutely poor customer service. They allow untrained,faux service dogs in casino. One nipped at me but thank God didn't break skin. Complained online twice and have never been given an apology or even an email or call back. I'm a frequent gambler and can't believe they don't even address potential dangerous issues and lawsuits. This was a pit bull with no training. Shame on this place.

2 issues that would make your casino 5 stars instead of 3
1) no electronic craps
2) terrable payables on your video poker offerings

Hard rock Hollywood has way better payables and 3 electronic craps areas

Where the heck in my money going when I play the slots? Is it going into their new renovations and construction, maybe? It surely is not coming to me. And from what I hear around the floor of the casino, everyone is bitching. The slots have changed over the last year and a half. I mean from a fair good chance of winning to ridiculously taking your money with no payout. And if they do pay out its just a little amount, no matter if you are betting 50c to 3.50 a pop. 8 out of 10 bonuses pay hardly anything. It is so discouraging. The management has ruined this casino. My advise to you is don't go to Coconut Creek Casino, because you will just be donating your money.
