I have been a loyal player to this Coconut Indian casinos since day one.

In the past you would hear bells going off and people winning big & small Jackpots , plenty of people on the floor to help.

Now you walk in and once in a while you see a person on the floor. The reason they need so little help is because very few jack pots go off and the floor help like the past is not needed,

I never expect to win every time , but NOW its just HORRIFIC and I guess that the way its going to be

If you didn't know how it was in the past, you would just think this is normal that the slot machines are so tight that the metal is cracking. They are not regulated by the state and can make the pay outs whatever they feel they want and they do.

I noticed that recently getting a bonus rounds paying NOTHING?? I couldn't believe it.

Never saw that for years and all of a sudden its happens quite often. Wonder Why??

Its sad that a place of business is allowed to fleece the public with no one to protect us..

It used to be fun at this casino. The surroundings are nice, security is excellent but things have changed drastically. The slots should squeak when they turn they are so tight. It's either spin after spin of nothing or you'll get a bonus round once in a great while and receive only a few dollars in return (or less than a dollar even on maximum bets.) It does not matter how much you bet or spend in the machines, they simply do not play. Whole banks of machines in a row will not be playing at any given time then mysteriously a few machines will start playing for a few minutes then nothing plays for another long time. Many of the machines' buttons do not work (which may be caused by people pounding on them out of frustration for not winning anything and spending so much money.) Now they have promotions you have to earn comp dollars for before you can even participate. As for the buffet, it was fairly good before they renovated the restaurant. Since then, they have pretty plates, less choices and tiny plates (think small saucer sized) of a little amt of food that's sat there for who knows how long. The desserts look incredibly tasty - but are bland, tasteless and you can't help wondering if anyone ever tastes what they make. The deli does have much better tasting food, they are generous with their portions, but it can take a while to receive your food even when it only has a few people there. This was never the case a few months ago so I have no clue why that changed. I used to enjoy coming to this casino but they have become so greedy that it is not entertaining or fun to be there. I don't expect to win all the time but I certainly don't expect to feel like I can never win either! Unfortunately, management is not interested in hearing this so I suggest if you go there, you do so for a very short while (try to avoid promotion days, it's really bad then) and bring lots of money that you don't mind wasting, with you or perhaps visit some of the other casinos in the area instead.

Where the heck in my money going when I play the slots? Is it going into their new renovations and construction, maybe? It surely is not coming to me. And from what I hear around the floor of the casino, everyone is bitching. The slots have changed over the last year and a half. I mean from a fair good chance of winning to ridiculously taking your money with no payout. And if they do pay out its just a little amount, no matter if you are betting 50c to 3.50 a pop. 8 out of 10 bonuses pay hardly anything. It is so discouraging. The management has ruined this casino. My advise to you is don't go to Coconut Creek Casino, because you will just be donating your money.

I am done with this place,the last 7 times that i went, i lost my in ass on variety of slots, a total of over $2500.00. Not only are the slots rigged, but Cocos riches is rigged as well. Its supposed to be random, win 35-1000 and u choose 1 of 4 boxes, i had an issue with the boxes coming up the last time, the lady at the players club slipped and said it was pre-determined on how much i would receive. Lastly, their give a ways a are a scam, there has been many times when I have been standing near the area where they announce winners, the people working there are always talking to people in line before any names are announced it looks really shady, low and behold, these people are called out as winners. Coincidence??? I highly doubt it , these thieves will not get any more of my money
