I live in the states over 26 years. From east coast to west coast. I have never seen such horrible manner in a professional setting. The casino has dedicated high limit gaming area for Asian people which has dinning area. The restaurant employees treat you based on your tier level. If you are diamond 💎 their smiles are the cheesiest but if you are below diamond and not regular, they let you feel it to the point you don't want to go back there. Only race other than Chinese, that is treated well is white. They are so rude to everyone else. Fake smile for Diamond and no smiles for the rest.
i loved san manuel back to 2007 to 2014. but now the slots are 0000000 not paying anyting . But castumer service is good drinks coffee always there . If you going for a fun its good but dont expect winning money i am sorry but thats the way new managment are today in San Manuel . its just my opinion go have a fun drop your money if you going to gamble and go home. The last casino operation manager was RUN he was real business person that time people where happy loose some winn some but today i think they loosing business because how long well take people to relize they never winn anything. its steel good plays to go have a fun and leave dont try to gamble over your limits be smart.
