We’ve been going to this casino since it opened. I’ve thrown a lot cash at that place with little in return. I’ve done this only because they had a non smoking area that I could retreat to but since they’ve taken that area away and put it into a closet that ain’t happening any longer. I feel It was an insult anyway by making a non enclosed non smoking area as it was because smoke drifts. But now if your playing a game that you might be winning on (which is slim) and some ass sits down puffing on a cigar or cigarette your attention is now focused on blowing that smoke back to where it came from. I’m just gonna say it as I’m sure he’s heard already and is probably use to it by now but that poor excuse for a GM is an idiot. I’ve manageed restaurants and bars for many years all over the country and from what I hear from talking to employees who worked there they are in agreement. So I’m looking at this unfortunate decision as a blessing as this casino is a negative place anyway to try and have any sort of fun or relaxation. They have struggled to make that place work and you can tell by how many employees just don’t want to help if you have a problem. That place is a Petri dish as it. With dirty ashtrays and dirty glassware everywhere and people being allowed to hack up “smoking lunggers” and spitting them out without a care that anyone, might happen to be watching into the nearest garbage can. I’ve been expecting those same type to wip it out and just urinate in a corner somewhere just to save time going to the men’s room. And beside that It’s difficult to win there anyway and it apparent by the attitude of their clientele’s who are always pissy and rude because they aren’t winning! And that’s management fault because they just don’t care except for their bottom line. I know it’s what their in business to do. But they know gambling is an addiction like smoking and drinking so those three vices go together but not in a non smoking area. So casinos prey on those weaknesses. Hence no more non smoking. (Except for the muckelshoot who’s non smoking is always full.) So thanks again making it easier to stay away. So my recommendation is just stay away save your money and save your mental health. And, If it’s fun your looking for and you have to go there I recommend taking a fist full of money and throwing it up in the air In the middle of a crowd and watch them all grab for it:) now that would be fun:) Peace out bitches:)

Well the Snoqualmie Casino just did us a favor. They have just reduced the non smoking area to the old porker room use to be (I wonder where that went?!) the non smoking area now! It’s small and cramped and of course it’s full of non smokers wasting their time on no paying slots! It’s really a very stupid move on the GM how backward and uninformed this person is as it’s not paying attention to the Bellevue and Seattle area demographics. It’s been years since restaurants and bars have gone non smoking in this area. Everyone thought it wouldn’t work but guess what business picked up. I manage and worked bars in Seattle and it was a blessing:) So my new expression is “the fun stops at the door” is more true than not. It’s boring and frustrating setting at a game and someone sits down next to you smoking with there smoke right in your face. It’s so backward that these tribal casinos are allowed to stay stuck in the past. I know Vegas continues to allow smoking but this aint that. Unlike smokers In reality casinos arent that fun anyway unless you have a lot of cash to just throw down the drain as many do. So again thanks for making it an easy decision not to go back to the smoke filled ugly unfun boring casino.I keep hoping that place will go tits up. Maybe it will maybe it won’t but it won’t be going forward or backwards with my money. If worked there I’d be finding a new healthier place to work. peace

Been going since the opening and payouts have been going down hill even faster than the frequent management changes. If you play $2.5 to $5 you may get a nice win-- they clearly want big players. But I'm a 20¢ to a $1 person and they don't want us. If you win $10 on a $20 bill, grab your paltry winning, they'll steal it. I don't use the player card any more, I had to pay my dues, that is, lose a bunch to be in the club. Tulalip may be further, but it came be as bad as this for the little people. The cleaning and food staff are the best, too bad the place sucks.

To whom it may concern. Payoffs once and awhile are good advertising for you're casino! I've been in the you're casino quite a bit! I can say with a clear conscience that you're pay out percentage is the worst of any casino I have been to in my life. That includes Reno, Vegas and many in Washington state!!

I can’t let this one go. It’s simply too good not to share. Besides I’ve been critical of these people in earlier reviews and didn’t want to make it seem as though I had a personal vendetta with them. I should preface this by telling you my wife, now retired, used to lead seminars on Customer Satisfaction for major corporation. Last evening’s incident simply amazed her. While playing my favorite video poker machines at the central bar I happened to move to an unattended machine near one I had been playing. I put some bills and a voucher from the previous machine into this machine, put in my Player’s Club card, as usual and proceeded to play. Unlike the other machines, this one seemed initially slightly more generous. I continued to play with mixed results and noticed some discussion between some people who had been there earlier and claimed to have not retrieved their voucher when leaving. They didn’t seem to remember which machine they had been playing but eventually decided it was the one I was then using. Minutes later, a slot attended asked me if I had noticed any points “balance” on the machine before inserting my card and my cash. As I don’t make a habit of searching out machines with a remaining balance in points, I replied that I didn’t think so, Within the following 45 minutes or so, I was asked to move away from my machine while the attendant opened it to check the computer readout. This occurred twice more while I was playing, and losing. The last time the attendant was accompanied by a fellow who was I guess from Security. Rather than drag this out, as we had come for dinner at the Asian restaurant, I cashed in my points for $25.00 and left to join my wife for dinner. On arriving home I received a phone call from Casino Security telling me they had concluded the machine I was playing (must) have had a balance of approx 3000 points and they suggested that I must have removed the previous players card and in effect, used his points. Therefore I “owed” them $50. They went so far to tell me that they had video evidence that I had removed his card and replaced it with my own. (There was no card in the machine when I put in my own so I’d like to see the video.) They asked me again to repay the $50 and I told them I would not. They advised me that if I did not comply I would no longer be allowed into the casino. I suggested he do that immediately. I wish I could remember the actual term he used. My wife and I, by our own accounting, spend a significant amount of money gambling at this casino. Not so much recently since the service and payouts are clearly declining. Since the casino opened, my records indicate we spend (5 figures) every year gambling and dining at the Snoqualmie Casino. Now that I’ve been” banished” from the establishment, I think I’ll go shop tomorrow for a new Mercedes or Lexus to buy with all the money we’ll be saving. Incredible
