If I could rate a -1,000 I would!!!! I pulled down my mask to take a sip of my drink and was told if I did one more time I’d be escorted out. How do you want me to drink the $5 beer I just paid for? Worst casino I’ve EVER gone to!!!

So I go to this casino because it is located in the same town and convenient not because it is a good casino. There is a huge billboard that overlooks the Interstate and on it is a Lucky Eagle sign that says 3x the Points All Day Everyday but when you put your players card in the slot machine you only earn 1x for Comp Points. If you go to their buffet, definitely check your receipt, the price list behind the cashiers says Lunch $10.95 for Seniors but when they ring it up and you look at your receipt, they charge you $13.95 and it says Senior discount after it. I played 7 different slot machines today and had to spend $20 each before any type payout was given and of those 7 only 2 machines payed out more than the bet but never more than 3x greater than the bet. On their new Buffalo Gold Machine, it took over $120 before the first payout was given and it was for 40 cents on a $3 bet. This casino simply doesn't give a damn about entertainment for their customers, they just want as much of your money as possible. The two times I got a decent payout or into the bonus was right after I pulled out the Players Card from the machine. You will be amazed at how little you will earn in comp points regardless of the amount of money you play. The workers give the excuse "Oh its not about how much you spend, but how long you played" I have played on their machines for 3-4 hrs with bets from $2-$4 and only earn $3 in comp points. At MuckleShoot Casino, I win and lose but will earn 8-15x more comp points than I can get at Lucky Eagle in the same amount of time. If you are already driving a long distance, then drive a little further to a different casino that truly believes in providing entertainment and good experience because it is highly unlikely you will find it here.

I am a local and started going to the Lucky Eagle over a year ago. I won big the first month playing the BeerHaus slot game. After a month I started losing more than winning and I didn't mind. But now a year later I can honestly say that during the past year I witnessed the games being manipulated so bad that it was obvious. I have not won in the last year (call me stupid I deserve it). A friend and I went last night just to get out and they got rid of the beerhaus game and replaced it with a "new version" of it. We tried it...you can no longer interact with it or manipulate it...you can't stop the screen in any way....the new games are called "lottery" games which means you have to rely on the computer only...I played it for a couple hours and lost....all you do is sit there and be a robot to push the "bet" button. was very boring and I watched as my hard earned cash went bye-bye. Plus, 3 days ago Lucky Eagle guards tasered an older lady when she went to collect her winnings...apparently she won a "big win" and they refused to pay her. I, and my friends are never going back. It used to be fun but now it is all "politically correct" there. The people who work there are mostly rude and stuck-up. I'm going to spend my "fun" money on something where I get something back everytime...like a spa and massage..or a fishing trip...or Disney Land...not some machine that steals your money as you just sit there and hit a button.

As a previous customer I can personally say this casino is the worst I have ever been to. Ever time I have eaten here, I have gotten sick from the food. The buffet does not keep their food fresh and most meats are not fully cooked I.e. Chicken. The machines are very dirty. Customer service sucks, you try and get a drink from the cocktail waitresses and they will take forever to get back to you and more of the time you can't find any employees on the gaming floor. Security is a joke, most of them are on their phones and allow anyone through the doors including minors as well as druggies. I don't know how many times there were fights while I was there between tweakers or needles and other paraphernalia just laying around in the bathrooms and near the machines. Overall just a very unclean casino with terrible service.

Lucky Eagle is probably the worst casino experience you can have. Their slot machines are terrible at payouts and the more you bet the quicker you lose. This casino doesn't believe in trying to provide entertainment, just get as much money as possible from the patrons. Avoid the gaming room in the hotel. You may get into a bonus round on the slot machine but most of the time you won't win ANYTHING in the bonus. Numerous nights I have gotten into bonuses at least 9 times or more and 7 out 9 times I got absolutely no bonus winnings at all. That was on a MAX bet. On a couple of occasions I put a $100 bill in a machine and bet the max of $5 a spin. In 20 spins there were no payouts whatsoever. When you do get a bonus that pays, it usually only pays you a few dollars more than what you spent to get into the bonus. It attracts a lot of attention but those people don't know that you spent $130 to get in the bonus and you got paid $132. They just think you hit it big. I managed to get into a bonus which gave me 60 spins for 5 scatters, the third spin in I hit another 5 scatters for 60 more spins, then retriggered additional bonus spins for a total of 188 free spins. Out of the 188 spins, only 12 spins paid anything, thats including the retrigger spins. I was top tier in their rewards program which gives me point multipliers of 10x on certain nights. With the multiplier it is pathetic on how much comp points you earn. On a night without the multiplier, I have gambled over $700 and made less than $5 in comp points for the evening. I earned enough points in 6 months to continue my tier level for the next year and their kiosks even stated that, but Lucky Eagle decided to change their rewards program and cut all my rewards even though I had earned enough points to continue it for the next year. Numerous times when it Free Play or Multiplier night, their computer systems aren't working so you can't get your Promo Free play or the Comp Point Multiplier is tracking your spending. The casino makes NO attempt to compensate the patrons when this happens, they just tell you sorry, the system is offline and they are working on it. This casino in my opinion is the worst casino in Washington state.
