The only Native American based Casinos that I've taken out more money than I deposited.

Been here more than one hundred times though I stop less than once a year now.

The club used to offer a coupon or two per visit (enough to cover my fuel costs) but now limited to a couple a month.

There were other unique secondary incentives such as blackjack bonuses for the most BJ's in a time period along with hourly drawings (for showing up)and monthly (accumulation) drawings. Most of those were discontinued as the Casino expanded. Sure they cost them on the books, but without them I choose to drive somewhere closer to home.

The 99 cent special food was also a big hit when they were cooked to order. That changed when they expanded and began to use oven warmers after a remodel.

From nearly Ivar's quality to the mystery gas station level warmer was a disaster from my perspective. Fresh hot crispy fried fish to soggy luke warm mushy or dried fish jerky.

The Prime Rib in the main Restaurant is mostly a hit, other Casinos rib is lower grade but you pay $30 plus for the Buffet here. Bar food is hit and miss.

Regular staff was extremely nice, management was a bit stiff. Definite disconnect between floor staff and changes seemed as much as a surprise to floor as it was to customers.

Always liked the clubs monthly gifts even though mostly junk, but a few good hits. (great mugs for first time visitors) They had me as a regular customer (who brought in other customers) for a few years.

There seems to be a second dealing Black Jack plague at many of the Native American Casinos in Washington, so you have to be real friendly to not become their favorite mark. Have not played for a few years.

Have not tried since the Hotel opened.

They have cheapened over the years. In Katie's Kitchen you do not get as much food for your dollar as you did when they opened. The food is very expensive for what you get now. In the main restaurant....very expensive, like $30 for seafood/prime rib buffet. The food is good, but doesn't compare in price to Tulalip's buffet, which has a much bigger variety of foods. Tulalip's buffet wins, hands down.
The slots are generally tight and your money can disappear fast. I have won thousands there, but also have been going for years and have lost much too. As for comps, I don't believe I've ever gotten one, though I think they give them out to certain players, not sure.
Most employees seem friendly, but believe me, not all of them have been, over the years.
Player's club is pretty much a joke. Tulalip gives much more bang for the buck.
Also, if it is your birthday, at Tulalip you get $20, at Angel, a free 99 cent item from Katie's Kitchen, and maybe a coffee mug or umbrella or pen.

I took 2 Ladies to the casino today for some fun time and lunch. The Ladies enjoy the slots and I use the time to buy a good cigar, order a glass of Mac & Jack and read a book. My first cigar was a very good smoke @ $13. I enjoyed the smoke so much I bought another cigar @ 9 and after a few puffs I noticed a 1 inch burn down down the side of the cigar. I took went back to the smoke shop and asked for a replacement. The lady behind the counter said she could make the exchange but her Supervisor could but tied up for a moment but would be back shortly. 10 minutes later the Supervisor returned and with no question I got another cigar. I lit the ciagr and after a a few puffs the cigar tunneled i.e. burned down the center. I went back to the smoke shop told the Supervisor my problem and ashed for a replacement and she said she could not do anything and that I would have to contact the cigar distributing company to get a refund. My questions. Is this the Casinos ploicy, or did the ladies in the smoke shop not understand my problem? And if I did want to persue this further how do I get in touch with the distribution company?

This is an okay casino, nothing special. Games are tight but great variety for all. Did not eat so food and drinks is a 1. Personnel very friendly and glad to answer questions. Would stop by if in area again but not go out of my way.

The good is really great. We stayed here in an RV ($15.00 w/electric ) and each night booked recieved a discount coupon book. You can stay for free w/o hookup. With paid spot you get:
2 for 1 @ Katies .99 Kitchen
$5.00 off @ Watershed resteraunt. (2x 3.00 breakies less 5.00 =1.00!!)
$5.00 table play.
free keno.
The bad is the RV spots are on a severe slope and require lots of wood to bring you somewhat level.
The ugly is the RV dump station. Someone who has never owned an RV made the dumping pad spot slope away from the dump thus you can only 1/2 dump your tank!
Overall I love this Casino.
I 've won lots on the slots, some on the tables and have a great time each visit.
