It is time the state Gaming Commission increases the fines for this casino. It's cheaper for the casino to pay the fines than to actually pay out the state minimum. State Gaming as much of a joke as the casino. Not only are the slots not paying out but the comps are even worse. Lost $2000.00 in the last few months and get my mailer every month for $5.00 free play. Never going back until things are changed.

This is the worst casino I have ever experienced, total loser and unprofessional place. Every single machine I played ,nothing....This casino should be fined and shut down immediately. And PA gaming should be sued and license revoke. Anyone thinking of visiting PA casinos . DONT...

I have notice something very interesting about Rivers Casino. When white folks play odds are in there favor. Blacks and other minorities always seem to lose. Regardless of what machine or amount. Seems as if big bro (cameras) control who gets blessings of winning. (Just something to think about) Hard to believe this is just a coincidence..

Let's start off with the good. The Players Club employees, and some of the slot attendents are absolutely wonderful people. They are very sympathetic in the midst of what is the greatest legalized scam to ever come down the pike. The rest is rock bottom. I am a "Signature Player" with well over 240,000 points since January 1st. I just requested my "win/loss numbers" since July 1st to current the other night. My payout percentage is 80%. You read that correct - 80%. The state sets the minimum at 85% - "over the lifetime of the machine", which out of the 3000 slot machines on the floor, I would be willing to bet that 99% are set at or near the 85%, which by industry standards is highway robbery. My "VIP Host" is actually a decent guy. We get along well, but when it comes to asking for comps or slot play, he is as tight as the casino. Last month, I didn't even get my monthly "mailer" or "pull tabs"!? I phoned the General Manager, and he stated that I am exhibiting the signs of "problem gambling" and that I am "pushing the envelope" with my behaviour when on site!? He wouldn't credit me any slot play that I had lost, he just gave me what I considered a very rude and condescending disrespectful response. And again... I am a "Signature Player". You will find no help whatsoever at this casino. None. Also, if you are like myself, a Signature Player, the casino started a program with United Airlines Mileage Plus Rewards where the points you earned from Jan 1 through current would be transferrable to earn free flights. I was told that any person wanting to use this perk would have had to "save their points earned", and not have used them. This was NOT explained to me by the person heading the program. I am seeking legal counsel to discuss a class action lawsuit for false advertising. This isn't a casino. It's a place that has 3000 machines that take money, and hand out a few paltry $1200 handpays every now and then. Do yourself a favour and avoid this casino at all costs. They will not help you, and if you ask for help, you will be made the subject of scrutiny.
