I go often, and typically win a few hundred on slots. The table games are too high of a minimum and they switch out dealers too often to develop a rhythm and actually win.

The service is awful. Press service button on your slots, and no one comes. Stop someone and ask for assistance and even they can't find anyone to help you. Just bad!

The drinks are way, way too expensive, considering no comps.

I feel the odds of winning playing slots are ridiculously low. I've personally spent a number of hours upon hours of slot play only to find that there is no way to actually win,yes you win a dollar here and there but In the long run your always losing.i think the casino monitors the player club cards and once you've lost x amount of money they will give you a little but then take it right back whether you play the next day or a month from now. Absolutely Horrible. This casino is what you can call a predator. What they do is lure you there with so much mail that you are receiving something almost daily, then if by chance you do end up going, 97% of the time they will take everything you have plus more and fast. They have the slots set so low @ Rivers that they have been fined month(s) in a row by the state. Rivers Casino is taking advantage of Pittsburgh and they need to be investigated.Heed the warning, Stay far Away!!

This place is not a real casino. yeah it has machines only for show! money goes in them but nothing ever comes out the state of Pennsylvania and the city of Pittsburgh has come together to use this casino as a cash cow for THERE misuse of government funds .
