Don't go this place, if you have lots of money and not sure what you are going to do with it or simply if you want to throw money somewhere then this place is the best fit. i was looking to mention 0 rating , but no such option exists so went for 1 Rating. Finally, Total waste of money and time. All games are under their own control and manipulation , your chances of winnning are 0.0000000000000000001 percent.
I live pretty close, about 25 min away. My husband and I USED TO go there at least once a month, but not any more. While the casino it's self has become more and more beautiful over the years, there's no guessing where they are getting the money for the improvements. You used to be able to go and have dinner and gamble for a reasonable amount, but that's not the case now. The buffet is good most of the time but have recently been unimpressed, and don't even get me started on the gaming. The slot machines are increasingly tight. I didn't go to get rich but it would be nice to play for more than 30 min without losing everything. If you're looking for a fun place to gamble I recommend the extra 25 mins to go to Chinook Winds.
I've hit royal flushes four times here over past several years. Once on a dollar machine - paid $4,000 - and 3X on 25 cent machine paying $1,000 each. (I ALWAYS play Jacks or Better Poker and play X5 to get max payout on the royals).
I only bring $100 with me into the casino - all extra cash and plastic stays in my glove box. If I lose my 100 and want to play more, I have to go out to my car, which is all I need to break my "desperado" moment and just go home instead.
I usually go late on Sunday night because: A. I'm retired and I can, and B. I like the minimal crowds.
I use the club card and generally accumulate enough points for a free hamburger-fries which are my favorite.
Also, If I'm having a so-so time, I don't mind leaving with just a few $$'s profit. Hey, a small win is better than any size loss. And its a great 1-hr drive home at 3 AM or so
I no longer get their mailouts because my play is too small - that's OK---I'd rather just take home cash instead.
I've also hit my fav 5-spot Keno play that pays around $1,100 - not once, but TWO times.
So for me this is a great casino and they will be a long time winning the $9,000+ back at $100 per visit.
This is a very pretty and clean casino. They have a fabulous buffet, especially seafood night which features crab.
The slots are another story. They are so tight and rarely give a bonus. Even if you do get a bonus, you get nothing. Too bad, it is a pretty drive there, but probably want go back any time soon.
This is a NO win casino. We went there for the weekend and wanted to come back after the first night. All the slots were terrible, the food wasn't to bad. I would never go back there again.
