Don't go to this restaurant I was in there on my lunch hour ordered a hamburger and fries to go after fourty five minutes waiting for my food black guy is rude when asked for my food an hour no food an hour and a half no food I had paid in advance big mistake had to finally leave and go back to work never got the food I paid for everybody in the restaurant was very rude there was only three people eating at the tables the whole time fire them all and start over if you have any business sense at all they will destroy your business
Fairly disappointing --especially gaming. Many machines set for low payback. Enjoyed the games more a couple years ago when I visited. Restaurant and hostess serving on game floor are slow and at times inattentive and not well trained in food/drink service. No snacks available to enjoy with drinks. Reasonable pricing of food but cuisine and food prep inconsistent. Wait staff fairly courteous but lacking celerity (seating and delivery system quite slow) Personnel at player's club courteous and friendly. Restrooms clean but in need of repairs or renovation in some areas. Smoking areas everywhere--unhealthy for employees and non-smoking patrons. This limits potential customers and discourages regular customers from staying longer.
For the last year or so, this casino has been going downhill... The review about the husband who hit 3 jackpots in one hour, c'mon be for real... Many of the people that I know who gamble at this casino all say the say thing for the first year they were open, the slots were loose and it was fun to play here... Sometimes you win; sometimes you lose... But at least you had some sort of fun... The slots are just tight now... If you want more of a chance at winning some money, or just playing for a while on the money you brought, try First Council - or better yet SouthWind.
I have made some money here but lately the slots have been tight and wonder what is going on with that?
I wonder if there are certain days or times of the month that makes a difference? I think Indian Casinos can do what they want. Some have gotten into trouble with the gaming commission for slots being too tight.
I have cut way back on going to casinos because they have been tight lately. If it gets worse I will quit altogether. My friend says the same thing. The casinos don't need to be so greedy they make plenty of money.
Loose slots depending on the day of the week , good promotions but no players cards....The penny slots are loose but the big play is on the money bag machines and they pay off pretty well especially if they turn red and spin again...These Casinos over the border in Oklahoma are making the coin off of Kansas's players....Oh they have a snack bar and a liquor bar...
