We go up there ever once and a while. We usually like to stop at The Rez , a restraunt, in concho, but service is lacking. The customer service is horrible. No one really waits on you in the casino.
This casino is close to where i live and i have seen the casino get worse and worse each year.Customer service is pathetic.The only good thing is they have a small cup for soft drinks but i have been to casinos that have smaller.Thought it may get better with better managers but it just keeps getting worse as managers change. I think they just keep dropping win percentage to see how far they can lower it. They all know that they have a gaming commission but get this it is their own commission. Each casino in state has its own commission and people working in them are hired by the casinos they are supposed to regulate.What good does that do.
I've been here several times lost over 300 each time, pay out is horrible, staffs rude ran 100 dollars threw a 50 cent machine without a single red spin I didn't think that was possible. Don't bother stopping keep going I-40 west to sugar creek u will have better luck.
They cater to the wealthy and treat the common person like dirt. They keep the machines tightened down so they don't payout 90% of the time. Save your money stay home or go further west to Hinton the casino out there pays out. Much better and they have live entertainment every. Weekend. Which lucky star doesn't
