This casino is close to where i live and i have seen the casino get worse and worse each year.Customer service is pathetic.The only good thing is they have a small cup for soft drinks but i have been to casinos that have smaller.Thought it may get better with better managers but it just keeps getting worse as managers change. I think they just keep dropping win percentage to see how far they can lower it. They all know that they have a gaming commission but get this it is their own commission. Each casino in state has its own commission and people working in them are hired by the casinos they are supposed to regulate.What good does that do.
