Went up Friday and waited 1.5 hours to get paid on a $2,500 IRS ticket, first had to find one of understaffed attendants then an hour later I had to literally chase her down to get paid.

I went to the deli twice. They had people in line and one former subway person doing everything. I hit total 6 IRS tickets and spent most of my time chasing attendants and money. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
