horrible horrible horrible I had $100,000 saved. this place has me down to my last $10,000 playing roulette. i'm convinced these people watch u threw the eye in the sky. it just a scam all the comments are spot on. this place has ruined my life. I've played a hundred or more spins on 1 number that seems never to come out. it only comes out as soon as I walk away. stay as far as u can from this place

It sounds like the best thing you can do is to never return to that casino. Or, any other casino for that matter. If you believe you might have a gambling problem you should be aware that help is available from The National Council on Problem Gaming, Inc. It is the foremost advocacy organization in the country for problem gamblers and is headquartered in Washington, D.C. It was formed in 1972 as a non-profit agency to promote public education and awareness about gambling problems and operates a 24-hour nationwide help line at 1-800-522-4700. Anyone calling that number will be provided with the appropriate referral resources for help with their gambling problem.

Note I agree - Empire doesn't reward there players with promotions at all. Seven Dollar Free Play really. I actually have given up completing on Empire Casino the machines are grinders and very rarely do hear anyone screaming or excited about winning. Even though Empire is close to home I refuse to be a player at this Casino, I have been played enough.
