The South Tower rooms were renovated 15yrs ago. I haven't stayed in the north tower, ever so I don't know. The Magnolia cafe is very good and on the lower berth is one of the finest places to eat Hugo's Cellar. I have always enjoyed slot gaming here. No matter where I stay I make sure to hit the slots often finding good fortune. Everyone you come in contact with is Excellent front desk to drink waitresss. Generous rewards program. Nice little gift ship & mini food court. The rooms feel dated now but always clean, comfy beds, coffee in the room, safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, ironing board and iron in room. These little touches make up for some of what it lacks. I have enjoyed staying here off and on since 1998.

Technology could be more advanced - unable to access club card on line for viewing status and offers. Generous comp play and rewards. A little slow on drink service - especially from 2-7 a.m., almost non-existent. That is very frustrating! Hotel rooms have been updated nicely and it is clean.
Really nice place to stay.

I always like to stay and play at the 4 queens. Plenty of full pay video poker all around the place. They have good progressive v.p. games at the upstairs cigar bar and the center casino bar. There are some very good coupons in the A.C.G. book for the 4 Queens and it has that old vegas feel to it.

Great rates for decent rooms. It is one of my go to casinos. Great paytables for video poker. Low betting for tables. Players club is one of the best. It does get smokey. No pool or exercise room. Nice variety of food choices. I was there in October and will be there in December.

Good downtown location. Rooms look and feel old vegasy, but the games there are very good. They have full pay video poker spread around the casino and some good progressives upstairs in the cigar bar. Blackjack is better than average, there is no poker room, but thats o.k. there other good games to play.
