The South Tower rooms were renovated 15yrs ago. I haven't stayed in the north tower, ever so I don't know. The Magnolia cafe is very good and on the lower berth is one of the finest places to eat Hugo's Cellar. I have always enjoyed slot gaming here. No matter where I stay I make sure to hit the slots often finding good fortune. Everyone you come in contact with is Excellent front desk to drink waitresss. Generous rewards program. Nice little gift ship & mini food court. The rooms feel dated now but always clean, comfy beds, coffee in the room, safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, ironing board and iron in room. These little touches make up for some of what it lacks. I have enjoyed staying here off and on since 1998.

Technology could be more advanced - unable to access club card on line for viewing status and offers. Generous comp play and rewards. A little slow on drink service - especially from 2-7 a.m., almost non-existent. That is very frustrating! Hotel rooms have been updated nicely and it is clean.

Great food selection from fast food to great steakhouse. Good video poker pay tables low stakes at tables available. Employees usually friendly and helpful.

From gourmet food to pizza this casino has it all. Rooms are old but very comfortable beds Nice TV and closet. Good VP pay tables. Low limits on tables during certain times. They have been fair with me on comps also.

Room was ready a little after 12 mid. pleasant registrar. Room clean, maids pleasant and helpful. Rooms are older but very nice. Comfortable bed. Ate at Magnolia's had the prime rib very good. Also ate at pizza place 2x had thin crust, good, and I am a pizza afficionato? I make my own pizza's from scratch. Also had their calamari, and a nice salad. I had the canal street special for breakfast french toast etc. Very Good. Good gambling as always. Good CW service. I did have one disgusting drink, a Crown Old Fashioned, 1st one was good. 2nd must have been a new bartendar.
