I am new to playing dice game and was betting and winning and others were betting and winning. Then the staff at the table changed and a lady named Dee started cancelling my bets. I called a two dollar bet on an eleven and she said no bet then the guy rolled the dice and rolled an eleven. I should have won, but for some reason they wouldn't take my bet. I then called a bet on a twelve and the guy rolling the dice rolled a twelve, but Dee had called no bet. My bets were called before the roll of the dice and I had played earlier and all was fine, but the table manager let Dee get away with cancelling my bets, so I and other left. Very poor representation of the staff and customer service. Don't go there!

I offered to pay for smokes from people one night. Staff came up to me and kicked me out for 30 days over asking for a smoke. Said was panhandling. I always offer to pay for one usually people will just give me one. I have even given people one when I have been asked by others. It is part of going to a casino. most people will tell you. Don't ever win nothing there any ways. Needleless to say I probally will not go back even after my 30 days is up. Cause I took my bag down in the casino went outside for a minute came back was told couldn't take my bag down. Informed the fine secuity guard that I had it all day. Long story short got his sup. Sup told me he didn't believe that I didn't know who let me down with my bag! What! He suppose to know who he has working not me. I think they had nothing better to do than to HARRASS ME !. Oh well no big loss But there staff is some what shady. Cause they pick and choose [ to me it is more like judge you then decied] if you get to go to inside there casino. This not deserve any stars.

Oh and there promotion to play for 30 min and get a free buffet. That is a joke as well I played on 1 machine for just under 1 hr and was told no buffett for me. Imagine that

This casino is located closer to the urban center of Kansas City and that is evident in the demographic of the regulars here. The gaming floor is smaller than other area casinos, so it's more of an intimate feel. The dealers are extremely pleasant, and there's always several promotions going on to entice you to visit.

There's a reason they call this place the 'Pile of Debris' around Kansas City.

Old, worn down, no hotel, poor access, small: it's KC's lower income casino. The atmosphere is dated, hard to find a good table, very small.
