My wife and I went down to the Gulf Coast for something a little different this year.Usually it's Vegas but we wanted a change, WOW!! Beautiful area and fantastic people! We were comped 5 nights at Harrahs and loved every minute of it.Friendly people and fantastic beach just a 3 minute walk away. There was an annual classic car show going on and still..it was not crowded..I must say this: We NEVER waited in line for ANYTHING!! One of my big turnoffs lately about Vegas is the long waits just to eat a meal. Not here..Can't say enough how clean everything was and how friendly the people were..Surrounding casinos were the same..clean and welcoming...We are for sure going back..Vegas can wait....Oh..Note: I would say the average age down here in October is around 45..No twenty somethings getting out of hand and being obnoxious..If I want that, I will go to vegas!

Love the Grand and would stay there anytime on the way to Florida. The buffet was great and slots were good, too. Personnel were super in their friendliness and attention to customer service. Very nice rooms.

Our gambling is rather minimal in Biloxi but we must satisfy the requirements at the Grand. They send us a mailer with free rooms and free play every month. The rooms are satisfactory. There are reasonable table games. Video poker selection is lacking but they have a few "fun" games.

Harrah's should be ashamed of this place. We are Harrah's Diamond members and normally love their properties. Not this place. The front desk staff was incompetent to say the least. Totally screwed up our reservations and when we said we would just move to another Hotel they could have cared less. We were treated so badly that we actually went to another property where we had no history and paid full off the rack room rates. It has been ten years sine we have had to pay for a room at a casino.

After the misery at check in I came back the next day to try the casino and keep my Harrah's points going. The dealers were friendly and seemed to care. the casino is very small with limited number of Table games and limited slots also. Not impressed at all. Harrah's should tear this place down and start over or at lest train them how to treat their customers.

The rooms (we were in there for 20 minutes) while they tried to fix our reservation since they sent us to non connecting rooms even thought the desk clerk said yes they connect when we checked in and had all our luggage brought up. To say the least are old and musty smelling. not even a desk or work area to set u a lap top.

Stay away from this place. We found there are many better places in Biloxi to go. Stay here as a last resort.
