Loved this place! Super clean. Machines are spread out so you don’t feel quite so claustrophobic while playing. The room we stayed was fresh and clean. Only thing was there aren’t many places to eat. By the time we figured out the bar had food, we’d already eaten a nasty piece of pizza that left my tummy upset in the middle of the night. Still we are definitely planning a repeat trip soon.
Stayed at the Inn was disappointed with staff they were unprofessional didn't care for my needs I've been going for years this experience reminded not to go back to this Casino were I can be treated as a guest not a pest. There always one that doesn't give good customer service but it was my experience with all staff. Other casino I gone to treatment was great around lake Charles. I'm from San Antonio a 6 hour drive that I regret due to treatment from the inn. I recommend using this feedback toward your staff to strengthen your hotel staff. Before you loss more customers.
I've been to casinos all over the United states and this dump is the bottom of THE stack worst! First slots don't pay. 2 the security always are watching you like you are a crook. 3. The food is garbage! 4. The employees are rude5.filthy nasty place. A total disgrace. Don't ever waste your money or your time at this crater casino. Go to kinder or some place else. Period!
Everyone was very nice at this place but I find that their players club lacking. I haven't gotten much in the way of comps and find that this casino is a little on the dumpy side. On the other side, I did win $600 on one of their slots so that was nice.
Not rating because didn't do many things. But wanted to say the room was very nice. It was a handicap room so maybe not used as much. Anyway, no complaints except they don't allow dogs.
