There needs to be an investigation ordered on diamond Jos casino. The machine was beginning to win when my door opened and the machine needs matinence. I was then hand payed and told I could no longer use this machine. Avoidance of a jackpot payment? How would I know??? Gambling commission will be contacted. Don't be the next victim!!

The restaurants are pretty good---They have a sports bar upstairs that serve mostly sandwiches and beverages. They have a steak house that is very good. They just added a restaurant-bar called the Filament which is good. The food is good and plentiful. They had a deli called Jo's Delicatessen which served sandwiches and pop plus chips which were big and good and worth the price. If I didn't want to buffet it I would choice this place and would be filled up and not stuffed. Alas they discontinued it and put in a Subway in. I ate there once and was disappointed. It was not up to the standards of the old deli. The buffet is so so. You can use your points at all these places. This is a Bconnected facility but separate computer and has its own players card from the other casinos which is good since the new system started is awful.

You have just as good of a chance at winning at the slots here as you do anywhere else. Lots of games to choose from, sometimes they pay sometimes they don't just depends if your lucky or not. Customer service is something to be desired here. The employees are not very friendly here for the most part. Rarely do they have wait staff come around and offer drinks. The deli has delicious food and great customer service sometimes other times you get stuck cleaning your own table off if you want a clean place to eat. Management ignores all complaints if you happen to have any don't waste your breath they really don't care. Other than poor customer service it is a decent place to go gamble. The buffet is good but once again customer service stinks here. I think because they aren't allowed tips on the floor so no reason to be friendly to the guests.

We stayed at the Grand Harbor Resort across from the Casino for my cousin’s wedding. After the wedding reception we went over to Diamond Jo and they denied access to the entire party because one lady in our group stumbled. When my 60 year old uncle questioned their decision a huge security guard yelled at him, threatened him with physical violence and escorted him off the property. What kind of a casino denies access to a party of paying customers sober or drunk? It just doesn’t make good business sense. I have been to my fair share of casinos in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan but I have never seen anyone denied access for something so petty. Their loss, we were all ready to spend a lot of money.
