Stay away from this place unless you just have money to donate. I've named it my boyfriend who just loves my money but not me! And don't fall for "play with your card and you'll get rewards like free gifts and free slot play or free buffets". That's the biggest lie they ever told. I've been playing there for years and they don't even send me a free calendar. I asked member services why they never sent me anything, even a calendar and I was told point blank that I didn't lose enough money.That just tell you that the player card is to track how much you lose. My niece only goes maybe once a year and they send her free slot play and the free gifts. It is also not an enjoyable experience because they have lousy bands playing at the bar and the music is so loud you can't hear yourself think. Sometimes the bands play such loud bad music I wonder how they stand to listen to it themselves!
Free slot play has drastically reduced along with comps. There are very few payouts, many long term guests are leaving this casino. This new guy they brought in has done a horrible job
A lot of the comments on here are whining about losing money. It's a casino people! If everyone won, they wouldn't be in business long. I've lost many times and won several times. When I won, I did win a decent amount ($400,$1500 and $5000). I'd rather win a bigger pot than $30-$40 but I will say I won't stay at a machine unless it gives me some smaller payouts. My only gripe is the smoke and the cold temps. They do have a non-smoking area (which seems to be pretty smoke free even though it's right off the main area), but my favorite games are in the smoking sections. Overall, I'm happy to have something this close. Would be great if they were allowed to use live dealers, but that's not the case. I'm by no means a "high roller" but I do often play at the high roller games. I've never received very high perks. The comp play is pretty small.
