For a losing experience go to any Ballys Casino they has have the tights slots anywhere. Also poor staff service. Unfriendly atmosphere!! Dirty machines. Bathroom are awful. Terrible Terrible Time!!!Never seen a handbag the whole night!!!

Kevin on night shift is the worst craps dealer I have ever dealt with. he was on his phone while the stick man. he would pull down hardway bets for no reason. and super super slow at getting the dice out. the whole crew talks way too much about anything but the game. on the other hand the day shift is great. they actually root for you.

The new land based casino is attractive. The lighting is poor in some locations on the floor. Soft drink/ water is no longer self serve. Roaming servers are few and far between. I had to leave the craps table to purchase water when I waited over 1 hour for a server. Only one craps table open ( 1 of 3) with 11 people at the table and 5 waiting. It seems that they are not organized in the new location. The employees are not friendly and the table comps are muniscule.

Stay was nice but I have a few suggestimes. Why not have a golf cart to pick guest upost when they come in from parking garage to give them a ride to elevators for check in. I saw many older customers who were having a difficult time with the long walk. That cart could also give guests a ride to casino entrance. That walk is a killer for those of us who are up there in age and have bad knees. Just a thought. Thanks
