For a losing experience go to any Ballys Casino they has have the tights slots anywhere. Also poor staff service. Unfriendly atmosphere!! Dirty machines. Bathroom are awful. Terrible Terrible Time!!!Never seen a handbag the whole night!!!

As a wedding gift my maid of honor booked a a room for the Groom and I to relax and enjoy after the reception.
They secretly packed us a bag, and brought a comfy outfit for us to change. Fortunately, because how embarrassed we would have been in our wedding attire when the clerk failed to read the details of the booking and turned us away. Not before offering us a room at a rate higher then the original booking.
Needless to say the romantic evening our friends had planned for us went down hill quickly. I feel terrible for my maid of honor, because she worked so hard to help us plan such a beautiful note and her gift to us was ruined by a careless clerk. I would not recommend scheduling an evening for anyone other than yourself because the hotel acted like it was not a big deal since they weren't charged. Very unprofessional!!

My daughter, who works full time, goes to college at night, has three children, two of which are under the age of 3 yrs, finally after securing sitters, saving money to go to Aztar, went to the concert at the hotel with her husband and friends. She has not been able to go anywhere and was so excited to go to Evansville to your casino. After the concert, she and her friends started to go to play at the casino and she was not allowed in, the man at the desk said she was drunk! She had a few beers, but she was with her friends from grade and high school and she was very excited. They fool around a lot (always have) and they were teasing each other coming down the hall by kicking at their feet. Mind you, I have seen them do this numerous times, they are so glad to be together. Anyway, she never got to go to the casino. Her husband and friends got in. It was explained to her that they didn't want her to spend her money when she had been drinking. I can tell you she didn't have that kind of money to start with and never spends over what she takes with her. Her father and I have gone to your casino numerous times through the years and dropped a lot of money there. I am very disappointed and she was heartsick to go back to the room and sit while her friends had fun. If this is the way you treat people and I can understand if they are actually drunk, then we don't want to come down anymore.
